The cakes were so artistically put together. They were cute, elegant, and very modern. The flavors of the cakes were spot on. The people were so nice, helpful, and patient. The shop was so beautiful and cozy inside and out. They had plenty of comfortable seating. They have very nice and suoer clean restrooms. The prices are fair you get what you pay for. It’s well worth the money. If I lived closer this would definitely be a my hangout spot. An experience you dont wanna miss.

These pastries are works of art and they taste amazing. I’ve had 2 so far. They’re my once a week sugary treat. As a diabetic I have to be careful with the carbs, so when I “save up” to splurge, you better believe I save it for only the best. In this case the best is Brest as in Paris-Brest. Filled with pistachio pastry cream enrobing a heart of raspberry, the choux pastry is delicate and has the most beautiful crackling crunch. The baker is absolutely highly skilled.

Wow! I have not had these types of bakery YUMMY-NESS SINCE BEING HERE! The pastries are cooked to yummy perfectionist! The soft, slightly buttery crusts, ALl the flavors are on spot! The fillings are mostly different kinds or yummy mousse! Plus, tarts as well! Awwwww, The “LEMON BLUEBERRY TART”? You wll dream of this! You really could serve these at fancy restaurants to serving at weddings! That is how absolutely delectable these are!! I’ll be honest, I’m not much of a sweets or dessert person. I like what I like, but I usually don’t order or go looking for sweets outside of holiday candies or my birthday. The Fat Man’s wife, on the other hand, has a bit of a sweet tooth. So, when she says, ‘Let’s find dessert,’ that’s what we did. We were in Louisville and headed over to Pinnamel Sweets to see what they had to offer. Pinnamel Sweets is a modern patisserie in Louisville, Kentucky, known for its artistic and innovative pastries, cakes, and Cuban-style treats.
We ordered a few different options, including the Blue Lemon Tart. The blueberry flavor in the blueberry sauce and mousse was very pronounced, and the lemon came through in the background, complemented by a delicious lemon curd. It was sweet but not overly sweet, allowing for the savoring of all the flavors at once. The lemon cake was dry, but it had a good taste. The crust was dehydrated and stiff to cut through, but it had a good flavor and mouth feel.
We sampled the Green Apple. The apple flavor of the filling was slightly tart, with a good cinnamon flavor, while the vanilla bean mousse is light and fluffy, with a good texture and taste that is not overly sweet. The green Jell-O top is vibrant and beautiful, with a unique texture and an apple flavor.
We also had a Chococaramel Éclair. The caramel was really flavorful and thick, with an excellent mouthfeel. The chocolate mousse was light and had a subtle chocolate flavor. The eclair is slightly bitter, with an enjoyable crunch from the crackling, while the filling has a pudding-like texture and good chocolate flavor.
Pinnamel specializes in French-inspired pastries with a tropical flair, as well as coffee and catering. They offer a variety of desserts, including eclairs, unique cream puffs, macarons, and cakes, with some gluten-free options available. We are from out of town and wanted to try beautiful dessert pastries for the first time. It was a very cute little bakery and the staff was nice. We got four different pastries and I liked 2 of the 4. The mushroom and pina colada one were good, the other two tasted artificial. If I liked all 4, I would’ve gave it a 5 star. It’s worth trying but research which ones to get as not all are good

Ooo I love this place Pinnamel Patisserie is cozy, trendy, tasty, and sweet. They serve their coffee in real coffee mugs ☕ the decor makes you feel like your at memaws house for a visit, the staff is helpful and friendly and the pastries are absolutely to die for we tried several can’t say anything bad about anything we tried. This place is a must try, we’ll be back for sure

We stopped by on whim. Got 4 of their pastries. Not crazy about the apple. Filling tasted like it came strait out of a can. And the vanilla mouse was so so. The cigar, and the mushroom were phenomenal. I would go back just for those 2 items. My mom didnt care for the acorn. At 7 to 8 dollars a piece I’d expect every desert to blow u away.

Typically when a dessert looks this good it doesn’t taste very good… Wow does Pinnamel break that trend. We got some of their desserts as Christmas gifts for friends and we couldn’t believe how absolutely visually stunning they were and the flavors and textures blew us away. Now I know why they went viral on social media. This guy’s do not disappoint! We will %100 be back!
