We were inspired to start Pink’s Pizza with an authentic passion for hand crafted pizza, wanting to offer a high quality product that we felt was missing in so many markets around the Houston area. We strive for perfection, using only the freshest, premium ingredients, and made from scratch dough – made in house every day. We also offer pizza by the slice. We have an array of Specialty Pizzas, including the Big Boss, the Double Down, and the Bada Bing. And of course there are a few secret recipes we mix in – to make us the best pizza pie in town. Update: tried giving them another chance today and the toppings literally fell off the pizza again. The cheese was not fully melted, and I don’t know if they are using too much sauce or what
Pink’s has many different locations throughout the Houston area. I’ve eaten at a few, but this one is the closest to my home. The southwestern pizza is so amazing!! The flavors go crazy! The barbecue sauce goes so well with the chicken, peppers, and onions. We ordered takeout and the pizza was ready in about 15 minutes. I’ve ordered Uber eats before and had take out from here. Food is usually always 10 out of 10, but today the toppings were literally falling off the pizza. I would normally give the food 5/5 stars, but today it’s a 3/10. This is why I gave 4 stars. The service is average. Nothing exceptional. There is seating inside if you want to eat here, but it is very limited. It is in a small shopping center so the parking is limited as well. However, it is never extremely busy when I come.

We love their pizza but tonight was a serious disappointment. We ordered, the order said it would take 25min, my husband went and in the end it took 50min to get our order. No offer for discount or free drinks and barely an apology. He was not alone many people had to wait a while for their order. Honestly I would have been fine with 50min if we could have known ahead and not drive there to wait another 25min. They need to rethink their ordering system.

I called placed my order over the phone the young lady didn’t tell they don’t take cash so I arrived about to pick the pizza I asked the server “young guy” he was very polite I asked if he could break a $100 bill that’s all I had he said sorry we don’t take cash, so he apologized we smiled at each other I walked out hungry, I had my heart set on pinks pizza it’s been a long time I didn’t know they had changed their policy . It was a $26 pizza gone too waste unless they ate it. I would have paid one of the servers to put it on there card and give them the cash but they were very busy because of superbowl…But if anyone reads this THEY DON’T ACCEPT CASH anymore.

Pink’s did not disappoint! This was my first time trying their pizza outside of IAH airport and I didn’t know what to expect.
Our pizza came with chicken, bacon, onions, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce. I added some oregano and garlic powder to really take it to the next level. The pie was great quality, not overly cheesy, and I enjoyed the crust – could’ve used a lil garlic butter, but that’s just my personal preference.
I ordered via DoorDash so I can’t comment on their service or ambiance of the store of Shepherd Dr. Overall 8/10. I would order again for sure.

Pizza was delicious but pricey and service was slow probably understaffed for a busy weekend night. You can tell staff was trying to keep up with walk-ins, online orders and phone orders. I highly recommend the pizza but I would order ahead before you drive up.

Whoever is working the counter today (young lady) at 6pm Friday night January 9 2025 lies and does not communicate well. Waited 30 minutes for a Doordash order and lied to me twice about the wait. To tell me 30 minutes later they dont have the order and she didnt care about it. Rude and unprofessional. Worst service ive seen from this location.
