We just had our first taste from this new food truck. OMG! The pulled pork wrap is incredible! The service is great, fast and friendly. We were very impressed with the prices, very reasonable for the quality of the food. Well worth trying when they are in Corvallis on Saturday and Sunday.

This place has awesome barbecue. Their pulled pork sandwich is the best I have ever eaten. But their ribs are to die for. I like my ribs falling off the bone tender, and that’s what his ribs are. I also like their breakfast items (breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito). The owner uses mostly locally sourced ingredients including the best buns I have ever tasted (they come from a Mennonite Bakery on Peoria Road).
They start serving breakfast at 7:00 and don’t close until 4:00 unless they run out of food.
