Pink Pistachio Cafe was 100% worth the wait! The food was absolutely delicious — flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The interior is stunning down to the smallest details. Even with a 1.5 hour wait, I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

This writer loves all things pink. The decor did not disappoint. The process is, in my personal genx opinion, I guess modern and a little automated. Upon or before entry you enter into a digital queue. Once our party of 4 was seated, our allotted time of 1.5 hours began. Tick tick tick… The lovely pink chairs are very comfortable! tick tick tick… As with many restaurants since covid, you scan the qr code for their menu… tick tick tick… waitress takes about 12 minutes to come over to the table to take our full orders, drinks and food …tick tick tick… drinks took an addition 14 minutes to arrive and were not all brought out together. The serving plates, bowls, etc were all lovely shades of pink and I was loving the gold utensils. tick tick tick… Food was not brought out together. tick tick tick … Food was okay, not spectacular, just okay. Wait… they do not offer pork, however, I did have their beef bacon, which I have never ever had anywhere before and it was exceptional! tick tick tick… we did not have enough time (tick tick tick) to take photos in the cute areas before leaving as we slightly exceeded our tick tick tick… 1.5 hour allotment.
Ample parking. Restrooms are one person use and fully accessible.
I would recommend for the aesthetics. One time is groovey. Bucket list … tick.

Very girly pop kind of place. I love the aesthetic. A bit of a wait but went by quick. Food was ok like some reviews indicated. But the star of the show is the mojito drinks I ordered steak with scrambled eggs and American cheese.. steak was warm and had to send back. Eggs were hot but cheese not melted and was not blended in. Overall enjoyed it and service was very nice would go back again but will order their sandwiches.

Visited with a friend recently and it was a cozy experience! Since it was a snowy Sunday afternoon, there wasn’t a wait time to be seated. The interior was eye popping and aesthetically very pink! Tried several options from their amazing drink menu (nonalcoholic) – sour patch kids blue raspberry & green apple mocktail and a pink pistachio chai. Definitely recommend the mocktails! Their entrees were good but not too enticing. However, their deserts were the best part! The knafeh crepe and tres leche were soo good – an absolute must buy when you visit. Our server was courteous and patient with us as well. Overall, it’s a great place to take visually artistic photos and videos. The drinks and desserts are the highlight of the menu – anything pistachio is delicious and perfectly made!

What a vibe! First time visiting for my Mom’s birthday (her favorite color is pink)

The staff (Especially Mariam) super chill, helpful and attentive and friendly.

The food was delicious, fresh and filling, the beverages refreshing (the pink matcha was our favorite) as well as the blueberry pastries.

Highly recommend coming during the day for a chiller atmosphere.

There’s plenty of tables to work or eat at your pleasure, and an array of beverages and foods (morning or lunch) to choose from.

The menu is digital but I think for hygiene purposes that works for me!

Thanks guys pleasure.

I came here with my friends and we had a great time. It was an enjoyable atmosphere with a cute aesthetic. Our waitress Danya was very welcoming and great at getting our order accurate, timely, and efficient. I specifically asked for five ice cubes in my drink and she did just that. Overall a nice experience here. Would recommend.

Pink Pistachio Cafe is such a vibe — from the food to the aesthetic, it delivers on every level.
We tried a great mix of items and honestly, everything hit. The Wagyu Beef Burger on a brioche bun with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and fries was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken sandwich (brioche bun, crispy chicken tender, chipotle mayo, and coleslaw) was crunchy, well-seasoned, and balanced — spicy lovers will be happy here.
Drinks were just as impressive. The Mango Mojito was refreshing, the Campfire Latte was cozy and unique, and the Pink Chai was a must-try. Bonus points for the cute halal marshmallows — such a thoughtful touch.
For brunch, the omelette with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, spinach, Swiss cheese, and chili flakes was hearty and comforting, served with roasted potatoes and toast. The Shakshuka was rich and flavorful — perfectly poached eggs, feta cheese, marinara sauce, black olives, onions, peppers, and toast. Classic, done right.
The place does get super busy, which tells you how popular it is, but service was still friendly and efficient. There’s plenty of parking, which is always appreciated.
Aesthetically, the cafe fully commits — everything is pink, playful, and beautifully styled. It’s eye-catching without feeling forced, and it absolutely plays the part.
Overall, great food, great drinks, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit.

This was our first time experiencing the Pink Pistachio and the ambiance was cute. My friend called it, fluffy! Our server Patrick was absolutely AMAZING! He was extremely attentive, kind and served us with a genuine smile. He even suggested wanting to do something nice for our friend’s birthday. He came back with candle in a piece of tres leches cake, which was so delicious! Our entrées were good. I kept it simple with a simple fried chicken sandwich. I would have prefer honey mustard and a larger serving of fries, but it was just enough. They probably want to set themselves apart from other restaurants which they have no problem doing with the pink alone.
I’m more of a breakfast person, so next visit I’ll try out their breakfast/brunch menu. Lastly, a nice touch was when one of the owners came to our table to ask how our experience was. Must try!
