I LOVE pink owl, I don’t live in the area but my boyfriend does and we are here every weekend. Service is so fast and they have the best chilaquiles verdes ever if you like them crunchy like I do. My go to drink is the dirty grandma you can’t go wrong with it iced or hot it’s the best drink ever! The employees are SO nice too very helpful and great customer service, I’ve literally seen one of their employees help walk an older gentleman his drinks to his car across the street!! LOVE this cafe so much (it is street parking but usually there’s spots in front or across the street)

My daughter has a concha everywhere we go & this was “the best concha I’ve ever had.”
The waffle’s fresh whipped cream & yogurt make it 10/10!
My cold brew with foam was more of an iced latte & extremely sweet I could not finish it.
We will be back to try more food soon!

The place itself is so cute, and the food is good. Personally, I love the chilaquiles because they’re not soft. Highly recommend the mazapan latte, but the waffle was also really good. There’s no drink options for kids, except for juice. I wish they had a bigger drink option for kids, but I highly recommend this coffee shop. Customer service was also great, and there’s an abundant amount of seating, which was great. They have a front patio, space in the shop, and a back patio.

Was at the MC Neal hospital and asked the nurse who worked there if her coffee was good! She recommended it which I’m so glad my sister and I asked she was so sweet. The places was not only super cute but the people/customer service was 100/10! The coffee was the perfect sweet and caffeinated to our liking! It’s family owned and they were extremely nice! So let’s get to the beauties, we ordered the Nutella croissant it had a touch of caramel and pecans chefs kiss, we also had the tres leches and that was another favorite not overly sweet and a pink cocha which was the perfect sweet! Overall I give this place a 1000/10! Tables were clean, the restrooms were clean, the music was a vibe (regional Mexicana) we recommend this place! We’ll be back tomorrow before our drive back home!

Listen… if I’m driving 45 minutes for coffee, just know it’s THAT good. Pink Owl is hands down my favorite coffee shop. My cousin introduced me and now I’m hooked.
The drinks? 10/10. The aesthetic? So cute. The customer service? Top tier. They were sweet enough to send me a gift card and that alone tells you what kind of business they are.

Awesome café de olla and pastries! Nice place but the music was too loud, so people have to talk louder making the place too noisy.

Let me start by saying that the lady at the front taking orders was very welcoming and also recommended a few things to try off the menu since i was a first timer.
We tried out the procutto toast with micro greens, rasted garlic, tomato, creamy burrata, we gave it a 5/5 it was very well balanced with the saltyness from the ham and the mildness from the cheese and the nice kick at the end from the balsamic glaze with a bit of nuttiness from the sesame! Next was a avacado toast that was also a 5/5 it was a flavor bomb with the feta cheese, avacado, greens and balsamic very simple but flavorful. 5/5 on the chicken panini it had a little bit of a kick from the sauce, loved the bacon and avacado on it chicken was very juicy not dry came with the lettice and tomato i could taste the love.
For our drinks we had the dirty grandma coffee had a subtle flavor of mexican chocolate and 2 expresso shots 5/5, also tried out the Mazapan latte felt that the mazapan can be better incorparated into the latte since we really didnt get the mazapan flavor until the end and it felt like just a topping 4/5.
Overall this place is a gem to Berwyn with an awesome story behind the pink owl, serving you real great coffee and food come try it if you havent you can really see and taste the love they put into everything they do there is not alot of places like this these days!
Dont forget to tip your servers!

Went excited to get brunch with a friend & was told all I could get that day was coffee to go, chairs were up and all.
Got the coffee & was so underwhelmed.
Looks cute and all but not a good experience. Very disappointed.

I just got home from my first visit and I sat right down to review my experience before I forgot. The service here is what really makes it great. I walked in at 10a.m. on a Saturday and it was poppin! I don’t think there ever was NOT a line in the hour I was there. Wait times were NOT long because they had a good number of people behind the counter and EVERYone of them was working their tails off while still looking up to respond to customer inquiries. We were a party of 3 and we had to wait shortly (less than 15 minutes) for a table. There was one young man, with glasses, who was working the floor, making sure tables were clean, getting people seated , and coming around to make sure everything was good and taken care of. He was kind and overall very customer-oriented. We are grateful for the service he provided. The food, pastries, coffees, and hot lemon ginger tea were all delicious. The interior is super cute. The prices are budget friendly, too. Great experience!
