We have had the pleasure of using their syrups and shrubs before so when we realized we were gonna be going through the town they make everything in we knew we had to stop in and we were not disappointed. We had a Christmasy cranberry Mocktail, the Mexican Chile chex mix, & pumpkin butternut latte that were all absolutely amazing! Plus you can sample all there bottled products which is great. On top of all that Morgan and the Barista (whose name escapes me)on shift were super kind and knowledgeable about what else to do while in town. We definitely hope to stop in again if we’re ever back in the area.

If you’re like me, you’ve probably driven by this place a hundred times and didn’t know what you were missing. Not only is this a cozy coffee shop with creative drinks and some of the most amazing pastries I’ve ever had, but they hand make all natural botanical simple syrups! These syrups are awesome for coffee drinks, cooking, baking, and craft cocktails (oh yeah, they are getting a liquor license any day now too). You can sample these amazing syrups to make sure you’re getting the right one for your tastes and they sell great little gifts related to cocktails and coffee. Ok, so I had the most amazing pastry here the other day – a pumpkin chocolate Carmelita – . Words don’t do it justice, but it is dense, delicious, and pretty addictive! You just need to try it. Then you can move on to the banana walnut scone, the matcha coconut cookie, it the gourmet pop tarts! Whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed. So next time you’re driving down College Avenue, don’t pass this place by! You can thank me later

Pink House syrups are our absolute favorite for coffee and mixed drinks. The shrubs are fantastic and taste great on their own or as an addition to a cocktail or mocktail recipe. The syrups are perfectly balanced in flavor and sweetness. I love their Vanilla Bean, Cardamon, and Lavender syrups for lattes.

Service was amazing, iced-coffee is to die for, and the CAKE melted in our mouths. The inside filling contained a Biscoff Cookie crumble mix and the cake itself was a vanilla flavor.

I have not been to the store but I did order syrups online (based on a Reddit thread that said that Pink House Alchemy had the best small-batch coffee syrups). I ordered Toasted Caramel and pH Delight, but when I received my order, I had received Toasted Caramel and Vanilla Bean. I reached out to let them know and they immediately made it right, no hesitations. As a small company, fixing issues like this is not always easy or accessible, but they know how to keep their customers happy. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
I know that this review will not be helpful to anyone going to the actual storefront, but I do want to leave this for anyone who is thinking about buying syrups online without trying them first. I am currently drinking my first Pink House Alchemy syruped coffee and I have no regrets. It is perfectly sweet with the right amount of vanilla flavor, and no other yucky ingredients. This purchase might be one of my best of 2025.

Pink House Alchemy takes any beverage to the next level. I love them all, but cardamom and lavender are my favorite. I use one of them in a cold brew coffee every day. You don’t need to pay for expensive coffee drinks at the drive through. You can make your own at home even better.
The syrups have a great flavor. They add sweetness without being sugary tasting. I love that.
They also make fantastic cocktails. I use my soda stream, liquor of choice and one of these syrups. Bliss.
The company is fantastic and customer service is top notch. They have always been responsive to any question I had.
Bonus: I love the way I can peel off the label when I’m done and reuse the bottle for something around the house. That makes my eco heart so happy.
Try it. You won’t regret it.
