Absolutely loved this place; This restaurant is a hidden gem! The Pad Thai is hands down one of the best I’ve had so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Portions are generous, prices are very reasonable, and the service is great. You really can’t beat quality like this for the price. Highly recommend!

I ordered the chicken pad thai, it’s very sweet. As if you were eating dessert. Vegetables were sprinkled, not enough.
I ordered beef Mongolian, beef is tough and the onions are semi raw (mostly raw).
I ordered the beef skewers, those were good.

Very disappointing. Tough, gummy noodles. Pungent, grey eggs. Vegetables were either obviously frozen or shriveled up and drenched in oil. Peanut sauce was so watery you could drink it.
We got takeout having read all of the good reviews- ordered a Pra Ram, Pad See Ew, Red Curry, and Spicy Eggplant. These are our favorite Thai staples, and we’ve eaten at plenty of Thai restaurants in the Valley and in Thailand. So we knew what to expect from this cuisine. Pink Elephant was something else. The staff are friendly and this did seem like a nice, genuine business, but we enjoyed NONE of their food. ZERO.

Opened on Christmas Day . First time ordering. Amazing food and service. They were extremely hospitable. Their yellow Chicken Curry with Noodles amend Egg rolls were simply delicioso. Highly recommend this place. Thank you ‘Pink Elephant’.

Only place I get Thai food. The Pad see yew and beef salad is always on point. A bit pricy but food is actually good.

We had to pivot and buy dinner in a rush and thank god for pink elephant! The food was ready quickly and the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Best of all it was delicious! Plenty of parking on Sherman Way at meters. The owner was very nice and you can tell they care about their food, not rushing you out the door. Takeout only. Definitely going back!

Pink Elephant, in my honest opinion, is by far–the best thai restaurant in the valley. It’s a cute little restaurant on the side of Sherman Way with a big sign (you can’t miss it). I go here all the time and the owners are LOVELY. I love them so much and every time I order, they never miss. My vegetarian grandma is the pickiest lady on earth and this is the only restaurant she likes.
Unfortunately, they do take out only but honestly it’s so worth. I strongly recommend trying this place out.
