I had the braised pork with rice and a mango juice. The pork was amazingly tender and the mango juice was so fresh!! The staff were so friendly as well 🙂 Love this place!!

Pink Bee is one of my favorite Thai food spots in Seattle. Everything I’ve tried tastes authentic and feels familiar with flavors I grew up on. They even offer Lao-style papaya salad! The staff is always so kind and hospitable every time I pick up an order.

My regular rotation includes the avocado crab rangoons, Tom Kha soup with chicken, Lao-style papaya salad, and chicken larb. Honestly, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu—the khao soi and pad see ew are great options too.

Solid Thai classics with some unique twists. I’d recommend the iced tea, the satay appetizer, and the braised pork sandwich. That said, most of the dishes we tried would have benefitted from a bit more seasoning and spice. The black rice pudding is delicious, not too sweet, with a satisfying chew.

We ordered in from here a few night ago for a pick up, and other than it being a super quick turn around time, I don’t have much praise for this spot.

We got the basil fried rice (spice level 3) and pad thai (spice level 4), and while everything smelt so amazing, the flavours just didn’t live up to the fragrance. Even level 3 was so spicy that it was nearly impossible to taste anything else. My fried rice was way too oily and the pad thai was a lot more sweet-tangy than we prefer.

While this has been the expectation from Thai food in Seattle for many years, after having recently discovered placed that do have balanced flavours and don’t leave an oily taste in your mouth, it makes it really hard to rate this place as decent.

PERSONALLY, pad thai is a bit sweet and salty compared to my taste. If that’s what you want, then just have it.
The appetizers are too good.

WOW! Pink Bee is absolutely delicious, cute little spot in Ballard that left me happy and my belly full. We ordered the Pad Thai noodles, green curry, and the tofu satay!
Also the staff is oh so kind and hospitable, definitely must try it out!

This is my first time to try this cute restaurant. Not too large space, only several tables. BUT the food is so so so delicious! I love authentic spicy Thai food, and here is the place to go!

Pad Kee Mao, turned out to be my favorite so far. Ordered 4 star spicy level, and it was just a bottle around my tolerance level, so maybe next time 5 star? noodle is soft and fresh. Beef is perfectly chewy and smells really good.

Basil Duck and fried egg. Same 4 star spicy level, less spicy than Pad Kee Mao because it’s wetter. Duck has been roasted before stir fry, so it’s super soft and juicy.

Best takeout Thai food in Seattle, and I’ve probably tried a dozen places. The pad see ew noodles are pillows. Very reasonable prices. Haven’t actually eaten there physically. Urge you to support them with all the construction going on next door

Great little place for a solid meal!

I ordered the Penang Yellow Curry Chicken with salad. It was excellent value as I was expecting a small portion of foot for the price. Nope, they were very generous with the chicken and curry sauce!

My partner got the Star Anais and Duck soup. This was particularly incredible! The depth of flavour was absolutely delicious and also very generous with the portions.

If you are in the Ballard area I highly recommend this place!
