Ordered carryout and was pretty shocked at how bad the food was. Their portions are small which would have been fine if the food was decent, but definitely not for the prices. Everything we got was inedible/no one was happy with their meal, to the point we had to order food from a different place. The chicken tenders were 2 inch strips of meat, fries had no flavor, the burger was completely dried out, and the brisket sandwich was fatty and rubbery. The only decent thing was the buffalo chicken dip that they did not give us chips for. $90 on bar food that went into the trash. Highly disappointed.

**Edit to add that they didn’t take my name for the order or give me a receipt. Luckily I kept my gift cards or there wouldn’t have been proof of the purchase. I called to talk to a manager and was told that she was on a different floor and they couldn’t transfer calls between floors. The manager didn’t give me her name, didn’t apologize for the poor experience, and I’m currently waiting on a call back as she has to sort through the orders due to them not taking my name for it. Not real hopeful that she will get back with me.

The food is amazing! The duckpin bowling is so much fun. It’s great that you get eat and play at the same time. You can just see everyone having a good time. Although sometimes the food can be too good and you’ll get distracted by the deliciousness and forget about the bowling completely.

Pinhouse Social offers a fun atmosphere perfect for a night out. With over 8 beers on tap and excellent non-alcoholic drink options, there’s something for everyone. The customer service is top-notch, and a special shout out to Kyle for going above and beyond by lending me a phone charger when I needed it. Highly recommend! Just a quick note that the bowling does get loud. Not too loud that you can’t hear your friends talking though.

The food is solid and the experience could be great. Our server visited once in a 60 minute period. It just seemed that staff was poorly coordinated as there were people standing around. Just a lack of execution. There’s better places with more attentive service.

This is such a great addition to the growing Fort Wayne downtown offerings. The food is DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. Haven’t played duckpin yet but it’s cool to see it here. The atmosphere is nice and I enjoyed sitting at the bar for a few hours. Please go and support this business I’d hate to see it flop.

We came in for date night and it was fairly busy. We waited at the bar and ordered drinks. The menu on the bowling floor is not the same as the one on the golf floor. Honestly that was kind of annoying because you cant get the same drinks. The wait staff was nice but did not seem to know what they were doing when we wanted to bowl. It’s $40 an hour to bowl and most of the drinks on the menu and over $10. The fries were realy good. We ordered them loaded but waitress said we didn’t and also never brought my last drink over. They do have a corn hole area, pinball machine ($1 a game), and one dart board on this level. It is very loud as well. Overall it was a good time. I would definitely come back.

Just checked it out. This is a four floor entertainment center housing multiple games including Duck bowling kind of like Boccie on a table, some very cool simulators for golf, darts via a T ball stand, and some other games on the big screen. Did not eat or play but it sure looks like fun. Priced for small groups so bring friends.

Terrible terrible service. Order my meal with the entire group and after 20 mins after everyone receiving their meal I asked for an update on my dinner. I was asked by the person that took my order what my order was. Another 20 minutes went by and finally received my food. Never once heard an apology. Never once and came and refilled our water glasses. Do not recommend

Nice change of bar style for Fort Wayne. The lower level is pretty loud with all the pin games going. Draft beers weren’t available yet. The 2nd level with the simulators has draft. They are the bottom fill glasses unfortunately.
The smash burger was fresh but pretty basic. The enchiladas were super sweet and room temp when they came out.
Service is spotty but probably related to being new. The 3rd level is a really large modern rental venue.

The food was hot, delicious, and served quickly! Reasonably priced for how much food you get. The smash burger is humongous and the Mac n cheese is so creamy and filling, I added it on my burger! The wings were crispy, large meat portions, and filled with flavor!

Our server was the sweetest and the atmosphere was great!

We played their FREE cornhole after we ate!

Definitely going back!
