We did a takeout order for a group of 7 of us and the portion sizes were big! We had plenty of leftovers. Getting the food was super easy and quick.

– Lo Mein noodles were cooked very well

Ordered takeout from Pings and everything from the service to the timelines and taste was amazing. Our dishes were delicious, portions were generous and I was happy to support an old school Minneapolis establishment. Excited to try more menu items.

Ordered to go (as dine in was closed), spicy chicken lo mein and I don’t know if they’re trying to get rid of old stock because they were (at the time) “in a lease disagreement with the building rent” and didn’t know their future outlook? However, the chicken they used in my lo mein was completely freezer burnt (you could taste it) everything else was great except for that and it unfortunately completely ruined the whole meal plus it was fairly expensive. Hopefully they have gotten new chicken replacements in but just beware.

Ok. The food was amazing. I asked for very spicy and got it which is rare. A little mad that there’s no dine-in, but service was FAST. Crispy eggs rolls. Amazing chicken skewers. Mongolian beef a little different, but SPICY. Will eat here again.

My family and I were staying at nearby hotel and wanted some good comfort food. We decided on Ping’s! We ordered the sesame chicken, Singapore noodles, and the cheese puffs (cream cheese wontons). The sesame chicken was really delicious, but they did not allow you to substitute the steamed white rice for fried rice. The Singapore noodles were very tasty and the cheese puffs were good too. It’s nice that they can make the dishes spicy or mild depending on how you’d like it.
They do not allow dine-in so you have to call ahead and park outside. We ordered around 5pm and our vehicle was immediately cased by someone that checked the locks and looked inside. As long as you lock your car, the food is worth it!

Empty’s Tapes
I mainly stick with chicken dishes but have tried some vegetable, beef and pork dishes. I’ve tried a lot of the menu more than once and really enjoy the food. Owned and operated by a very sweet couple with minimal help. She is always nice to me on the phone and it’s fun chatting with her when I pick up my order. Delivery is super fast when family is visiting and we put in a big order.

The lady that took my order was very friendly and I really enjoyed her. I read in the reviews too it’s just her and one other person running the whole restaurant and she said they were really busy so I was pretty impressed that they can keep up with online and takeout orders with only two people and the food tastes amazing i feel like I got soo much food for the price
I got the sesame chicken and I was shocked when I seen the entire container was full of chicken!! And it’s super yummy tender inside but kinda crunchy nice texture on the outside. The egg drop soup was good.
