First to all the service was good and fast when you order from the pantry, but when you order a breakfast from the board ( I recommend to Check you food) since the guy in the kitchen doesn’t wear a Hair Net And our food came with hairs on it , i though the we’re going make it again or suggest to change it for something else, But they send it back just to removed the hair on it and bring it back to us, and we noticed it was the same bc the fries were cold

The Food is amazing, but the real reason it is pleasure to visit daily is due to the 5 star service, all the girls from staff always greet you me with an honest smile full of contagious energy which brings a positive vibe to my day. Vey few places in Miami make you feel at home like the Girls from Pinecrest Bakery do. I definitely urge everyone to visit and see for themselves what I am trying to describe.

Best place for breakfast and lunch! Even their Frappuccino are better than Starbucks, and super sweet staff.

Pinecrest Bakery – A True Cuban Gem!
Stopped in for a quick bite and it completely hit the spot! The pastries were warm, flaky, and delicious — you can taste the love and tradition in every bite. I paired mine with a cappuccino that was smooth, rich, and perfectly made.
The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and everything feels authentically Cuban. Whether you’re craving a pastelito, empanada, or just a great cup of coffee, Pinecrest Bakery delivers every time. A must-visit in Miami! ☕

I can’t get enough of Pinecrest Bakery! Recently, I placed a last-minute breakfast catering order, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was ready right on time for pickup. Plus, notifications were sent to keep me updated, so I never had to worry about forgetting.

I’m a regular customer at this place, but lately I’ve only had bad experiences. I usually go during the morning shift. Last week, I placed a takeout order, and when I got home, I realized that items were missing from my order. Several times, my coffee has been served cold. I asked to speak with the manager, and she didn’t treat me professionally. I hope you’ll take action regarding this, as I don’t want to stop being a customer here. Happy Holidays!

When you order make sure to check that your sandwich is the correct one, since they sure won’t. The lady that served me spent more time being flabbergasted at my request for a blackberry OR passion fruit shake – that she couldn’t make as she didn’t know what that was, then making sure my order was correct.
Instead of struggling to explain the smoothie to her, I just asked for the Tuna Melt combo with a coffee with milk. (Which she DID repeat back to me). I didn’t realize until I was served though (as I hadn’t checked the receipt, my bad for believing my order was a simple sandwich combo) that she didn’t make it a combo just the Tuna Melt and the coffee.
Since this was my food that I wanted to cram before starting my night shift, I didn’t take a close look until I was eating it in my car right outside work. The bread was burnt and hard (and while this is kind of dumb) it was a tuna SALAD not a tuna MELT like I asked. I’m going into work so I’m not out until the morning, and I’m starving- meaning I have to eat this bread BURNT and COLD tuna salad sandwich instead of my warm tuna melt as I don’t have time to go back.
Maybe next time instead of acting extra about my smoothie request and then singing at the top of your lungs with your coworker, ya’ll can make sure the order your taking and the food your giving doesn’t suck (burnt, hard) or is at the very least correct.

I have been coming to the Pinecrest South Miami location since their opening on a weekly basis. I am amazed as to how Ana, Gia and Yanet manage to service the volume of customers and orders with a smile! My family loves their “croquetas de la casa” and the pastelitos. I also love their “pastelito tray” to share their specialties, All in all the ladies ALWAYS make everyone feel welcome while attending to the volume of loyalists! Thank you!!

I come to this bakery every week and it always has the friendliest service and delicious food. I can count on the quality of items to be cooked to my preference and using the delivery service to my work offers more convenience. This is the best Pinecrest bakery in the city because the people are so sweet and efficient. I even see others on a regular basis too and now I’ve made some new friends.

Yesterday I stopped by this bakery and ordered a tray of 25 meat empanadas and another tray of assorted pastries. The girl called the production center to see if the chorizo and ham pastries I wanted could be included in that tray, and they said yes. Today, when I picked them up, the receipt described exactly what I had ordered: meat, ham, and chorizo pastries. I arrived at the gathering, and people were asking about the chorizo pastry that they never included. But what prompted me to write this review is that they never told me they hadn’t included them. They probably thought I wouldn’t find out, which I find disrespectful and certainly undermines the credibility of this place.
