Staff is very nice, we always get great service at this pinecrest location. My family and I really enjoy their hot sandwiches, croquettes , mango juice and cafe con leche. Those items are a must try. Atmosphere is very nice.

Super disappointed with the pastry and croquette trays ! Do not buy !!! It is a shame that a common bad practice by a lot of bakeries in Miami reached this place which is to sell you what is old from a few days ago and you won’t notice if your order ahead (online) as they give you the order wrapped up and you will find out when you get home that they are old . I asked them to prepare a fresh tray of bocaditos and said they could not today on Sunday that once they run out that’s it for the day ! Shame my wife and I used love shopping here and to recommend to family and friends but this is the third time it happens so we are done !

Would rate 0 stars. I have ordered the Cuban, Cuban mini and media noche and no pork every time. This place is trash when you basically pay for a Cuban and get a ham sandwich.

Ordered 4 croquetas… 1 pastelito de carne…2 empanadas de jamon y queso…a coffee..and a tequeño…we order here often…we must say there must be a quality control check. As posted in the photo the empanadas were dry, absolutely zero cheese, and they just rolled up a piece of ham and stuffed it there with no care in the world. No flavor, no care, no respect for their own motto of biting into tradition. Hopefully, this is corrected soon .

This place is pretty neat…The staff here is friendly but the place runs a little to unorganized for my comfort and offer no seating while you take a number and wait to place your order…The vibe is very local in which I liked with a lot of professionals coming and going during the time I was there. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, Columbian cheese bread, a spinach croqueta, a cheese croqueta, a cheese pastry, and a guava pastry and they were all very good. The next time I’m in the area I’m going back.
