A super familiar place. Music plays softly, staff call out orders in Spanish, and the buzz of espresso machines and juicers hum in the background. My friend and I got a colada, a mango shake, un pan con tortilla, and an empanada camaguayana de carne. While everything was DELICIOSOS, the empanada was the highlight for me! I would highly recommend it. It would add to your experience to speak Spanish while here but if you don’t speak it, most staff are bilingual regardless. The wifi is great, and though the AC makes it a little chilly inside, with a light pullover you’ll be fine if you run cold like me. Please note that while there are a handle of tables for indoor seating, and a few outdoors too, there is really only one outlet by the front inside table, so plan to come with your electronics fully charged if you’re going to stay a while working remotely or something. Other than that, I don’t know how I’ll resist coming back to this place! The staff were all wonderful, helpful, and fun. We even danced a bit to the music. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!

After some bad experience at this location, i decided to give it another try. A lady moping at the moment grabbed my pan con bistec with the same glove she was moping seconds ago, i told her about that, and she was like oops i know, I’m sorry” I said I’m sorry too, and i left. I didn’t have time for another pan con bistec, and im done with this place. After seeing their employees touching cash and food at the same time and now this.

Staff can b more attentive. One of the members was on her phone and after asking her a question she was not paying attention. The pastelitos are AMAZING THO! Highly recommend you try at least once you’ll be hooked.

I am a frequent customer and have had a few of the employees act in a matter that should not be acceptable as far as their attitude they make you feel like they are doing you a favor, I just left this place now it’s 3:49 am, since I drop off my son at work, there were no pastries 1 bread only, if this is a 24 hour establishment you should have at Least a decent amount of pastries, but the worst part was that the lady that attended me had an attitude there was a gentlemen sitting with a speaker and the music he was playing was so loud that she could not hear me and as I’m ordering he stands up asked for something she stopped serving me to attend to him, mind you he was not a customer I was. Very very disappointed.

The staff here needs to be more atentative. They talk entirely too much instead of acknowledging customers. No one greets you or anything. I made my order and went to the pick up area. I stood there about 5 mins. They lady then had the audacity to ask me do I need anything. Yes my food and I told her what I had. She had just started making it. If they would stop talking and work then this problem wouldn’t keep happening. Less talking more working. At least when it’s busy

This place was amazing. Sure, it takes the idea of a Cuban mom ‘n’ pop and turns it into a chain with a fancy website, but it sure had a mom ‘n’ pop feel inside. I had a nice Hispanic woman call me papa, felt like home. This particular shop is open 24/7, so it’s place of refuge for night nurses and CNA’s, I’m sure. They are lucky.

Be sure to grab a number and listen/watch for your turn. The place is very busy! Food on display looked amazing. Many, many choices. Beautiful cake designs. I recommend a Colada to pair with a slice of flan-cheesecake and chocolate rum-cake!

Good service and prices. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that for eat-in they serve you on a styrofoam to-go box. Would be nice a real plate and silverware.
