My husband and I stopped by Pineapple Sol for breakfast to kick off our Anniversary (which is on Valentine’s Day ❤️), and it was the perfect start to celebrating us!
The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The waffles with whipped cream and berries were amazing, and the breakfast bowl and croissant sandwich were just as impressive. Everything tasted as good as it looked!
I ordered the caramel Frappuccino, and Hope was so elated because she loves making them and they recently added it to the menu. That little moment made the experience even more special. Hope was wonderful — kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it shows.
And the atmosphere? Such a sweet surprise! The restaurant was decorated in the cutest, fun floral theme that worked perfectly for Valentine’s season. It made our anniversary celebration feel extra special.
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for a cozy, delicious breakfast in Cary!

This breakfast was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The avocado toast topped with perfectly poached eggs was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the blueberry cream pancakes were sweet, fluffy perfection. When our server wasn’t completely happy with the first round of lattes, she remade them without hesitation and absolutely nailed it. The attention to detail and commitment to getting everything just right really stood out. Add in the friendly personalities and beautiful décor, and it made for such a wonderful dining experience. Hope to return again on our next visit to Raleigh.

Pineapple Sol is that kind of place. From the moment we walked in and ordered, until the moment we walked out, it was an overall nice experience. My wife has many allergies and many times when she orders we get the eye rolls, sighs, we’ve seen it all, but not here. She was so helpful and sympathetic to my wives’s needs. As a coffee over myself I am always on the hunt for a good cup of Coffe and what I got was amazing! Not only did it look beautiful, but the taste was out of this world! Not too sweet and not too much of anything, a perfect balance of coffee heaven! Overall the experience was one to remember and seeing other folks enjoying themselves as well was an extra treat. As far as a vibe for this cafe, I immediately thought of my song, “Take the Time, from my first instrumental album, “When Words Aren’t Enough.” It just seems perfect for this place. If you want a quick, cheap meal, go somewhere else. If you want to savor your food, enjoy the company of your friends while gently sipping a great cup of Joe, this is your place! When we visit Cary, NC, there is where we will be having our breakfast! Thanks everyone there for making our trip memorable!

The service was absolutely amazing. She pointed us in a good direction and everything we had was delicious!! The chicken and waffles were seasoned and fluffy. Surface croissant was buttery and the eggs were fluffy. The best part was the Biscoff latte! So creamy and sweet. They also gave us a complementary strawberry cheesecake bite which was delicious too. My husband and I found this breakfast spot on a whim, and ended up having the best time, thanks to some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time AND delicious food and coffee. We were greeted by Hope B. who is easily one of the nicest baristas we’ve met, and Hope (expertly) convinced us to try a coffee flight (pictures included) that did not disappoint. Hope was super knowledgeable of the menu and enthusiastic about a new offering: hot coffee flights! All of the flavors were fantastic (not too sweet, but not too subtle), presented beautifully, and in the cutest glasses! I would come back just for the Biscoff Latte, but definitely will be returning after the amazing customer service we experienced today. Hope has no idea how much our day was just brightened!

Definitely a must visit! The food was amazing. We got the breakfast bowls and coffee flight. The flavors tasted so fresh and everything was made to order. The owner was so sweet and helped us rearrange the tables to fit our party and kept checking to make sure everything tasted good. The chicken on the chicken and waffles is seasoned so well too. The experience was amazing definitely going to go back again to try their lunch.

This is a great spot no matter what your meeting up for. Lunch date with the girls, or breakfast with the boyfriend, even a little dining alone. Great vibes all the way around. ✨️ we tried to the coffee flight, I do wish they were a little bigger, but each flavor was very good. Our meals had great flavor and I habe plans to dine again. Pineapple Sol had delicious food, a friendly owner, and a fun cute vibe! I ordered the chicken and waffles, along with the seasonal coffee flight. The chicken and waffles were extremely flavorful on their own, but together they were amazing! The coffee flavors were inventive and distinct; you could tell exactly what they were supposed to taste like: Lavender, Dubai chocolate, Biscoff and Raspberry white mocha. The owner was sitting nearby and we chatted for a little while. She is very excited about her business, stating that everything is cooked fresh “in house”, with a curated menu that was especially fine tuned to capture the cafe’s vibrant and cool atmosphere. The decor was really beautiful and on trend with flowers hanging and a selfie wall with neon sign that states: “you are right where you are supposed to be”. YES– indeed. I was right where I was supposed to be today, when I stepped into Pineapple Sol. This is a place to come to again!
