Being Korean and really loving the flavors, I was super excited to try Pineapple Express! I love their Korean/Hawaiian fusion. Definitely grab the specials when they have then because you’ll be super sad when they are gone!

The only complaints that I have are where it is located in the Warehouse. There isn’t much room for a line to form, nor is there enough space for people to walk around. Playing bumper-bodies just to order some food really works an appetite up, though. The only other thing is how long it takes for the food to come out. There were a lot of people when we went this past weekend so I’ll just chalk it up to that and hope that it normally doesn’t take that long.

All in all, I will definitely continue to come back to Pineapple Express and tell everyone I know about it!

First time at the warehouse. Pineapple Express and the Anchor Raw Bar are 2 restaurants in 1. We got the spam fried rice which was delicious! I got the shrimp po boy and the hubs got the oyster po boy, both were fried and served with Parmesan fries. All the good was delicious. We sat at Anchor’s restaurant instead of sitting in the community area. Very delicious food, well seasoned, got the food in a timely manner, and the service was also good as well!

Hands down, best Hawaiian BBQ we’ve ever had! And we’ve had a lot. Chef Tye is a culinary genius, and we’ve loved getting to know him and trying new things on the menu each time we visit. Definitely give it a try if you are ever in Simpsonville.

Located inside Warehouse at Vaughn’s, Pineapple Express has been on my list of places I wanted to try. I had the Moana Loa Smoked Chicken Plate. My boyfriend ordered the wings and we shared the fried rice with spam.

Bursting with flavors, my chicken was perfection. It was sweet with a little bit of heat but not overpowering. It was paired with white rice and pasta salad which was great as well.

The rice with spam was good. I don’t think I’d order it again, it had a lot of oil on the bottom which I understand since it’s fried but I’m personally not huge on spam. My boyfriend enjoyed it.

The wings… I didn’t try them personally so I can’t say but they looked great. They are a little pricey though with island style. It was over $16 for 10 wings.

We went early to avoid the crowds which was a good call because by the time we left, it was was starting to get super busy.

Note* you can order your food at The Anchor. So if you walk in, it may seem closed but it’s not at all.

Can’t wait to go back to try other things on the menu!

This place is UN. REAL. I dream about the food DAILY and try to go as often as I can. The kaluha pork just melts in your mouth, the moa loa chicken is delightfully spicy, the macaroni salad is life changing, and even the rice is just *perfect!* I don’t eat seafood but will always steal a few of the crab fries off my husband’s or a friend’s plate! Once there was a Korean fried chicken special and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had! The food is thoughtful, authentic, and made with love; all-around an absolute must try!

Great service, great food! The jumbo wings are huge. We asked for extra spicy Korean BBQ, and they delivered. The Huli Huli Chicken is sweet and smoky. The plate comes with rice and a spicy macaroni salad. Be warned if you don’t like cilantro, ask for them to hold it. Both dishes were dressed with it. They also have the Hawaiian fruit drinks. The passion fruit guava is delicious.

Wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. The only dish not pictured is the short ribs for obvious reasons….The flavors were amazing!

The chicken and waffles at Pineapple Express are my favorite. They add general Tso’s chicken which is delicious and unique with the waffles.

I had the Mauna Loa chicken with rice and Mac salad. It was terrible. Literally just drenched in Sriracha sauce. Mac Salad is just mayo and black pepper. Customer service could of been better. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the rice was cooked to perfection
