My great grandma would be happy that I found a good togo Chinese place so close to home!
Salt and pepper tofu is one of THE BEST I’ve ever had. Please don’t change this recipe. The crisp, the FLAVOR, wow. 10/10
Beef chow fun is always a go-to, huge portion and lots of flavor. 10/10
Crab puffs are good for the price with how many you get
String green beans are good! I wish I could find a place that put minced pork and preserved spicy radish in it. Still one of my favorite dishes.
General Tao’s was good but not my go-to dish. Ordered it for my husband.
Prawns with lobster sauce is ok. I tried the prawns in black bean sauce last time, I liked that better. I think I’m looking for something too specific. I had a dish in Louisiana that was crawfish in lobster sauce and the sauce was a dark brown, very flavorful, lots of onion, had black beans too. I can’t find that here (not expecting crawfish but I’d like the same sauce) I think they mix the two together? Not sure but I’ll be doing some research to find the exact sauce!

Started coming here earlier in the year. Growing up in Oregon City I wish I ate here sooner. The food was surprisingly good. It is your standard American Chinese fare but what we’ve eaten had been delicious.
This recent outing we had vegetable fried rice, vegetable chow fun, Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken, four treasures in tangy sauce, and general tso chicken. My favorites has been the chow fun, fried rice, and Mongolian beef. We also got avocado smoothies for drinks. It’s okay, not as good as a dedicated boba store but that is expected.
Food came out hot and plenty to go around. The staff has always been accommodating and friendly. Definitely a place I would recommend if you’re in the area.

I write a lot of reviews and it’s rare I give a 5 star rating. Pine garden is hands down the best Chinese food in Oregon City. The food is amazing, plus an amazing staff and their level of accommodation just adds to the experice here. My go to is the Mongolian beef combo meal. Must try!!!

I picked up sesame chicken and broccoli beef and I have never seen sesame chicken look the way it did, no breading, thin slices of odd smelling chicken in sweet sauce, the broccoli beef was swimming in sauce and not great either.

Having grown up in LA, I tend to be a little picky about Chinese restaurants. All in all, this is a good clean place with generally good Chinese food. The service could be more friendly, but I would still recommend this to most people. The prices are reasonable. No problem parking. Very nice clean restroom, especially for a Chinese restaurant.

This place has it! My left eye is spasming and watering from this goodness! I had the egg foo young with BBQ pork fried rice and springroll. There’s so much food, we have to take it home.
