The new owners of Pine Creek Pit Stop are absolutely amazing! The first time my husband brought me here a while back (previous owners) it wasn’t the greatest experience — but now it’s like a whole new place. They’ve cleaned it up beautifully, it looks great inside, and the food is way better too. So happy to see this place thriving again — we’ll be back!

I really wanted to like this place, but after two visits, I’m just not seeing the hype. Our first experience was a couple of months ago, it was a busy night though, so we thought maybe it was just a one-off. However, our second visit was just as disappointing. We arrived shortly after 4pm, only to be told there would be at least a half an hour wait because the kitchen wasn’t ready to go…
The service is incredibly slow. It seems like they’re very understaffed, with only one waitress running around trying to do everything. Both times, it took at least an hour to get our food, and during our first visit, we were there for over three hours (just to eat dinner!)
Unfortunately, the food doesn’t make up for the terrible service. It honestly tastes like something you’d find in the frozen food section of a grocery store. The salad bar was pretty good though ♀️.
Unless you have a lot of time to waste and aren’t expecting much from the food, I’d recommend skipping this place. There are much better options out there.

The location was amazing!, but the service was horrible and food was alright for me and the kids. . My wife liked the shrimp dinner for the most part.

We had the Prime Rib French Dip Deluxe with homemade fries and it was phenomenal. Fresh, hot, flavorful. Be warned, one order of fries feeds two people easily.

What a great night, we had awesome food. I had the Cajun shrimp, and other people in my party had the walleye and the perch for Friday night fish fry. The waitress was super friendly, super helpful, and super attentive. The bartender made me the yummiest, old-fashioned. My shrimp was delightful. The mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of mushrooms were perfect. I highly recommend it.

Was in the area for a weekend getaway and was looking for a place with prime rib. I stumbled upon this place and was not disappointed! The staff were friendly, they had a nice salad bar, and the prime rib dinner was delicious.

I have fond memories of childhood going to Bridgeman’s with my mom and having a Patty Melt. As an adult it’s my favorite but difficult to find a good one. Pine Creek makes THE BEST Patty Melt! No one else compares. Thank you for this treasure! 🙂
