There aren’t enough words to express the disappointment in this place. Everything was extremely bland, poor presentation and just unprofessional.
Many employees were standing around using their cell phones. At one point they briefly argued about who should ring up a customer because it was her turn to go in break. Management must be pretty non existing.
As for the food, they do not salt anything in their frozen patties. Now I’m not knocking them for the meat, but you need to salt food! The only thing I can think of that I actually thought was okay was the bun.

Slowly making my way down the menu, everything is amazing! Burgers are fantastic and the sweet potato tots are unreal. Get them with the apple butter on the side! The staff is friendly and fun and there’s a really positive atmosphere. Love this place!

Excellent Service i would definitely recommend that anyone who hasn’t experienced this delightful Spanish restaurant to go out and try them. It has all your needs and more on the menu and the service was like a 5 star dine in only restaurant. Its no question that I will be back to try more options on the menu. The pretzel burger was to die for but i will be back for the tostone burger which i noticed is very popular on their menu.

We were excited to try this place, but it just didn’t live up to it’s own hype. The burger was fairly bland. The cashier didn’t make eye contact. They failed to leave something off one of our items as requested, and when we removed it we found a hair in the burger. Next time we’re looking for interesting burgers, we’ll go back to Teak.

I was looking forward to eating here however I guess it is not for me. I ordered the tostón burger and some fries. The burger was just okay. I was expecting something really delicious or at least close to a Jibarito sandwich but I felt the burger lacked flavor and the tostones were just greasy with no flavor/seasoning. The fries were just average as well. It really isn’t worth the drive especially if one is not from the area.

Upon stepping into this splendid establishment, you feel a warmth that most other places simply don’t have. You are greeted by a friendly, cordial staff that is extremely knowledgeable, and is always willing to take the time to get to know you as an individual. It really is something unique. And that’s just the service. The food here is spectacular. As a native Puerto Rican, I found myself being transported to the tastes of the Caribbean when I chomped into my delicious Toston Chicken Sandwich. Every single bite was satisfying. With delicious flavors that don’t overwhelm the senses, or hurt the stomach, Pincho Factory is not just a place I wholeheartedly recommend, but a place that I think everyone should visit at least once. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this marvelous place!

Gave the place two tries a week apart – in both experiences the burgers were disappointments. There are better burgers in town at this price point (~$8 without fries) check them out. I love burgers and always on the hunt for a new burger experience. Their ad says best burgers in South Florida 3 years running – reviews for other Orlando locations were good – I had to try it out. Well . . . . bottom line – especially given the price – flavors were lacking – and overcooked for a thick burger. Asked for medium rare twice and was told it would be prepared that way. Both times the burgers arrived well done – not even medium well. Flavor on my first burger the Fritanga had a shrimp or fishy taste and nothing else remarkable. The Cabbage was hardly there and creme was very lite on the bun. I did point out the shrimp seasoning to the manager when he came by to ask how things were – and he basically told me I must be mistaken. “The shrimp doesn’t come near the burgers”. I left half the burger and the fries that had a fishy flavor as well. Since the place was new (open 2 days) and I might have picked the wrong burger and the wrong burger assembler – I went back for a second try a week later. When ordering I pointed out – my last experience was “not that best” please make this medium rare and dazzle me. Ordered Perfecto and sweet potato tots and took them home. The sweet potato tots were very good (so I do recommend those) – the burger bun actually had dark brown “not quite” burned spots on the outside – no problem – still looking forward to the first bite – but – again well done. I have had good well done burgers – but these were not. What was unfortunate . . . was the lack of unique flavor or seasoning. Disappointed. The good people of South Florida may have award winning burgers from their Pincho Factories but we in Dr Phillips Orlando are not there yet – look elsewhere.
