We needed to do laundry and a local told us about this place. We washed our clothes while we bowled. Rachel the bartender took care of us. She’s amazing. We had so much fun. Best laundry day ever. Next time we’re in whitefish we’ll avoid the main drag and hang with the locals and have Rachel take care of us.

Got a quote online to take a few of my nieces and nephews to the bowling alley, 12 of us in total. Was quoted $307 for 1.5 hours. Thought it was a mistake, nope. Prices sure have gone up. Last time we went in the staff was not great and the gaming machines wouldn’t work and took about $3-4. When we brought it up the to staff they said they are not working and insisted they had signs up saying they were not working but people keep removing their signs. Maybe, either way kind of felt they were passing the blame and didn’t offer to refund the money so I wasn’t going to push the issue. I guess we’ll stay home and play board games cuz that’s all we can afford anymore living in whitefish.
In response to your response, it was not on New Years eve, it was December 29th. My review is not disingenuous, I gave a review of what I feel is astronomical pricing and sub par employee service. This was my experience.

We were there Friday night and Aaron was our server. He was such a fun and personable guy to talk to. Overall he made the atmosphere just a wonderful place to be when looking for a fun night out with the family or friends. Not only did we have a great server but the mozzarella sticks were to die for. The cheese pull was extravagant. Thank you so much to the staff and the cooks for keeping us comfortable as we had a little cousin reunion.

We had such a great time at Pin and Cue! The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and perfect for all ages. The lanes are well-kept, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a great community vibe. The food and drinks were good for a bowling alley!
It’s the perfect spot for a casual night out with friends, a family get-together, or even a little friendly competition. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Erin provided absolutely outstanding service during my visit. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Erin exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the great service he provided. What’s not to love about our local bowling alley! Come on….it’s a bowling alley with all the bowling alley atmosphere you love. They have specials on bowling for singles and groups – the atmosphere is good enough to bring family too – the facility is kept CLEAN – this is a plus. If you want food – i’ve heard it’s ‘decent’ and again – it’s a bowling alley! Not a Michelin star cafe. So; take your friends and family out for a fun bowling night….you’ll love it.

Our HR team recently held an offsite gathering here, and it was exactly what we needed! Working in healthcare can be stressful, so having the chance to relax, laugh, and connect outside of work was such a treat. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—from the great food to the fun, laid-back atmosphere. Great atmosphere ! Welcoming, friendly staff. Bowling alley and bar area was buzzing Restaurant area had family cafe vibe .Clean , functional and comfy. Again, super friendly staff .The ribs were awesome, as was the fish and chips. Actual fillets of cod ! None of that minced stuff you see elsewhere ! Great place for a night out .
