We came to Pilon Miami on a whim and we are glad we did. The atmosphere was great on there, the service was on top of everything, and the food was delicious. We had a part of ten and we never lacked for drinks or service. The salmon was the biggest thing ordered and everyone enjoyed it. The skirt steaks, the burgers and the pasta were all really good too. Everything was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

Me and my husband came across Pilon Miami we didn’t know what to expect but the service was amazing. From Renzo the bartender to Roxana the server everything was amazing. Great service great food. I have never had a bad meal from this place. Ive been several times and everything is always delicious. There is never a wait and the staff is always super cool and attentive. I usually get the steak with the sweet potatoe puree and its phenominal. My girl loves there camarones enchillada which also look good. Last night had a monfongo with the skirt steak, another gem. Love this place

Food had a clean presentation and restaurant has a nice atmosphere.
Restaurant was not busy when we visited; Our waiter was nice but we had to get up and ask for salt as she went MIA during our initial bites. Our main entrees tasted a bit under seasoned.
The menu is diverse but felt disconnected to us.

This place deserves one star, but the service was very good and earned them the second star.
The food was absolutely atrocious. The description of the plates on the menu is NOT what is served. I ordered de mi bella Tierra Bella that described the dish as a beef protein. When the plate arrived I had pork on my plate. When I asked the waiter if there was an error he said the chef must have changed the plate and not told anyone. So for anyone with a pork allergy BEWARE!! The menu may say beef but you’ll get pork. The flavor was disgusting, seasoning was just all wrong and the pork was extremely dry.
My plate was changed to the Entrana, but that was just as bad. The meat was chewy and just tasted old. The fries were good though. Just about the only thing that was good.
The sangria was bitter and plane nasty. Left the entire full glass on the table.
My friend ordered the pollo saltado and she was not able to eat her dish either. The chicken was so dry she chewed and chewed and it simply would not break down.
We realized it made sense that we were literally the only ones in the restaurant because this place is just BAD.
The place is NOT cheap, actually very expensive. Bad food for high price, NO THANK YOU!
Definitely worth a skip.
Let’s hope they do better and can later change the review with a more positive experience.

I took my wife to this restaurant for Valentine’s Day and we had such an amazing experience, that we went back today. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are the best and the food is extremely tasty. They have a fusion of Dominican, Nicaragüense and Venezuelan food. I really recommend this place. One of the best experiences ever.

Party of 8 mentioned in the reservation it was celebrating a birthday! No inquiry or acknowledgment from staff. Waitress was not attentive needed to ask for beverage and water refills. Appetizer were delivered promptly and quite good. Main entrees were not, from the first plate delivery it took 8-10 minutes for entire party to have the entrees. Food was ok not very flavorful a bit blan. Could be a gem as it a nice atmosphere service and food needs some work.

I go there every week for their lunch specials. The food is really good, prices fair and the service, excellent. Leo is my favorite server. I have tried the Bamboo Salmon, good, Pollo Saltado, good, and the dates wrapped in bacon, excellent. Yummy

This place is great and the food is AMAZING. The appetizers are delicious as well as the main dishes, the service was impeccable, all the staff was friendly and professional, the manager himself was an entertainer, and he was on top of every single detail, the attention was superb. The decor on this place is perfect, and all the Mini Gold Lamps on the tables make the whole atmosphere feel so chic. I highly recommend this place
