Best torta ahogada de carnita. The meal is a good deal as it comes with a drink and 2 fried tacos. We also had a carne asada plate which was also good. Will come back again.

Wow ,this place popped up on my phone to try and was I surprised on how good my meal was and the size of the portion that was served to where I had to take the rest home. Service was quick and they checked on me through out my meal . The carnitas came out moist with tortillas and rice and beans and a salad. Salsa red and green had a good taste to it with a halapeno. Parking can be tight since it’s in a small strip mall. Had to circle around. I do recommend this place and looking to try other menu items because it all looked amazing They do serve beer,soft drinks and shots,margaritas.

BAD SERVICE. Ordered for pick up. Torta ahogada combo, Tacos Dorados combo and tacos de barbacoa combo. Sauce for the torta abogada was missing along with the onion and other toppings. What kind of service is this!! What do you call a torta ahogada without the sauce?? I tried calling and there was no answer, I wonder why? Will never go back here.

Welcome to tortas Ahogadas ( Translation: wet sandwich). This is a great place for a delicious pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich comes in a hard baguette roll that is drenched with a non spicy salsa (full of flavor) and filled with pulled pork. I recommend the Torta Ahogada combo. The combo comes with the sandwich, two crispy tacos (you can choose bean, cheese, or potato) , and your choice of drink. The portions are generous. This place takes cash and card. There’s plenty of parking in the parking lot, but it does fill up quick. Lunch and dinner are popular times here, so get here early. Pika Tortas is my go to spot for Chilaquiles, Pozole, and Carne en Su Jugo. Always on point. Love that their spicy salsa/chile is actually spicy and flavorful. Food order is always packaged well and they never forget the condiments!

This place has good Mexican food with good variety, we ordered Barbacoa nachos for appetizers and they were gone in seconds! My brothers and cousin loved them as did I. The torta ahogada is filling and smothered in delicious sauce, filled with pickled red onions and carnitas, don’t forget their happy hour good mango margaritas.
