We went to try this bakery this morning and were greeted by a very nice woman loading the new pastries on the shelves. It is very clean and organized. Pastries were very fair priced and delicious. We tried a variety of things and they were all very good. They also have desserts made for big events or if you don’t have time to whip something together after dinner. Brownies, lemon tarts, pies, cakes, cinnamon rolls etc. The only thing I hope to see in the future are a few tables and some coffee. I highly recommend going here if you love croissants, both savory and sweet, muffins and scones.

Variety of baked goods and parties changes all the time, so you need to visit often. The pastry chef will custom create desserts and pastries for you. She will make gluten free options as well! My spinach croissant is awesome!

Oh my god!!!! Best desserts I have ever tasted! The scones where so delicious filled with cream cheese so moist I have never tried something so delicious !!! Definitely coming back! Great service, the owner Kristy is so sweet! I 100% recommend this place.

We visited Pignoli Friday at opening 9am. We bought 2 butter croissant 1 banana nut muffin and 8pk Pignoli cookies. Total was just under $24. The croissants were mediocre dry and did not seem fresh. The muffin was amazing and the cookies were OK. I never had a Pignoli before so I have nothing to compare it to

We absolutely love this bakery! The scones and the almond croissant are the best I’ve ever had!!! The people who own and work there are always overly kind and accommodating- it is a precious little spot with so many options of delicious items!

Absolutely delicious! And everything is SO cute. They are just starting out so the place isn’t that decorated yet, but the stuff they have added is very cute.
I’ve had a variety of their cookies, all good, the pumpkin cookies are to die for. They have 2 breakfast croissants (ham and cheese and a boudin one), both are delicious and are REALLY well priced (4$ as of November 2023) especially for hot and fresh croissants!!

Must try!!! Definitely in a hidden spot, but what a gem! Owner is just as sweet as her pies! Turtle cheesecake will melt your taste buds! Croissants were fresh and amazing. Key lime pie was delicious. Will be back to try the many other treats they provide here!

We stopped in to support this bakery but we were underwhelmed. Suggestions: there is a big open space inside, it would be great to see tables and chairs in there for people to sit to enjoy their goods. Also we found the options rather sparse – there were only two choices for something savory, maybe offer 1-2 more choices in this category. Also the selection of drinks was only cold items, but the refrigerated shelf was not turned on or plugged in or something, so the drinks were actually at room temp. The girl working the counter went to the back to get something cold from the cooler for us but that was just strange, why not have the drinks cool? Also wished there was an option of coffee, either bottled or canned with the rest of the drinks, or simply a hot coffee pot, or something else.
