Had been by the restaurant a year or so ago but it was 10am so too early for lunch, thought that on our next trip through we would stay close by and make it a destination.
Got there for lunch on the 13th of August 2015.
Place was empty despite the town being full, we should have known, there was a good reason.
Sat with our dogs on the side patio and while the waitress was attentive there were some issues.
1. Only one local draft, and very few local bottled beers.
2. Seems they do not cook on site anymore, preferring to use an off site kitchen.
3. One plate came with cold side of Mac& Cheese, and then a bolt was found in the pulled pork taco. And while this was taken off the bill there could have been more done for us.
4. Pulled pork was heavily seasoned with a vinegar based sauce not mentioned on menu, overpowering the pork.
So all in all not a great stop, too bad because there other three places close by aren’t very good either.

Food was really good but service was extremely slow. Asked for a water three times and still never got it. Took over 30 minutes to get my pulled pork dinner. Paid my bill and left. Make sure you aren’t in a hurry. The food won’t dissapoint you though. Hard to find parking too.
