We recently stopped by Pig Latin and had a great overall experience. We ordered the chimichurri skirt steak, carnitas street tacos, the flight of chips and salsa, and finished with the tres leches for dessert.
The standout for me was the chimichurri skirt steak. It was cooked really well and had excellent flavor. The portion was a little on the small side, but the quality of the steak and the chimichurri made it really enjoyable. The carnitas tacos were also solid (but again, smaller than I was expecting), and the chips and salsa flight was a fun way to try a few different flavors at the table. Ending with the tres leches was definitely the right call.
The food did take a little while to come out, but the service throughout the meal was great. Our water glasses were always full and the staff checked in frequently and kept us updated, which made the wait feel much less noticeable.
The atmosphere is one of the highlights here. The restaurant has a vibrant, energetic vibe that makes it a perfect date night spot. The music was slightly on the loud side, but it still added to the lively feel of the place.
Overall, this is a spot I’d definitely come back to and would happily recommend if you’re looking for a fun night out with great food and a great atmosphere.

Truly one of a kind—amazing people, food, and drinks! They came through for us once again and saved our Christmas dinner by personally delivering dairy-free calamari. We love and deeply appreciate the people who make this incredible place so special.

The food tasted good and I had no complaints there. The price on the crab cakes was a little steep for what you got i felt like but thats a personal opinion. Music was a little loud so dont expect to hold a conversation if you’re near it.
Overall had a good theme and great staff. I will likely go again and recomend it to friends

So we went to pig Latin for the first time for my birthday last night, I thought I made our reservation for 4:30 but it was actually 4:00. So we showed up late, but still were able to get seated immediately which was nice. Our server Elena was the sweetest and also very helpful with all our questions ! We asked her to surprise us with all our drinks and everything she brought was phenomenal! Every dish we had was delicious!! Really enjoyed our experience and I’m excited to go again and maybe be able to try the outdoor seating next time!

OK WE ARE NOT AN EASY 5 STAR! We came to Pig Latin in Eagle Idaho for the first time on Monday night. Our server was great. Apologies, we can’t remember his name. He knew the menu really well and had great suggestions. We ordered the chili margaritas, the korean ribs tapas, the chili rellano tapa, and the carnesada street tacos. We finished with the dragon fruit ice cream. Everything was really really good. This is the type of restaurant that will be a regular for us. The atmosphere is fun, and we’ll done.
We loved that we could hear each other talk, but the restaurant vibe was busy.

Food was delicious and service was amazing! Jordan took excellent care of our group and made the experience special and super fun! The king salmon was the best I’ve had in a restaurant. The PL burger, calamari, mushrooms, dessert and everything else we tried was perfect. Jordan’s recommendations were spot on. The drinks were incredible! We had a big group for a surprise party and they took excellent care of us.

All I have to say is patience is an absolute virtue here. Just come and relax and don’t worry that everything is taking so long because OMG it is absolutely worth the wait! Sit down, immediately ask for one of their delicious cocktails and relax! The food was so good I cannot wait to go back and try more off the menu. If you want an experience and a beautiful atmosphere, this is THE place. Who cares how much time I had to wait, the meat and the way it is cooked was so worth the wait.

We went to pig Latin for happy hour the food was good and the drinks were beautifully presented, but what makes this place amazing is the service. Our waitress Kayla was kind tentative and knew her stuff. The owner came over to our table and took lots of time talking to us. We lightly complained that the bar did not stock Jack Daniels our 85 year old friends go to beverage. Fast forward and the owner returned with 6 mini bottles of JD he drove to the liquor store treated our entire party to a mini bottle and assured us that the bar now stocked Jack Daniel’s. We will be back and tell all are friends and neighbors to check this place out.

What a fun place but the acoustics need attention. My husband’s dinner was dry but my salmon was delicious. The entertainment was great but we couldn’t hear anything else & was overwhelming.
