Pig & Duck is a hidden gem nestled in the quaint little town of New Castle, Colorado. If you’re looking for an amazing restaurant with a modern twist on Asian cuisine, then this is the place for you. Chef Robert’s culinary creations will quickly make this one of your favorite restaurants in the valley. Try one of their hand-crafted specialty cocktails or choose from a selection of fine wines or beer on tap. The staff was friendly and engaging. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a quiet dinner for two or a large gathering of family and friends. This place is definitely worth visiting!

Pig and Duck is hands down the best Asian restaurant in the area (including all the fancy places in Aspen). We had the Pig and Duck platter, which requires a reservation 48 hours in advance. It was out of this world. The pork belly melts in your mouth and the duck is super juicy. The platter was $120 and it can feed 4-5 people, which actually makes is a pretty great deal. We are lucky to have such a restaurant in our area.

I had an exceptional night at this restaurant. From the service, drinks and food. The environment is beautiful, and for me who am a lover of gastronomy I want to say that I was surprised by the Chef, who carries from a food of a simple flavor, to extremely well seasoned sauces. Just one word. AMAZING.

An upscale gem right in the heart of New Castle, this restaurant is an absolute must visit! A moody and romantic atmosphere with trendy music and delicious food. We had the pork ribs, miso black cod and the duck ramen. I wish we could have ordered the whole menu it was so good. Everyone was so nice, our server was very knowledgeable and the chef even said goodnight when we were leaving. They were great with my allergies too- Peanut free kitchen! I couldn’t have asked for a better night out. Worth a drive if you aren’t staying in New Castle too!

Very beautiful and delicious. The service was quick, and we didn’t have to wait long for the soup. The soup was so delicious that our whole group ordered it.

Excellent food! Not inexpensive, but good if you’re looking for a gourmet meal. Ramen was ok, teriyaki Ribeye was great, as well as the fish and the filet. It would be really nice if they had salads on the menu, was surprised they didn’t. Atmosphere was nice and waitstaff was friendly.

I ate here last weekend and it was so good. I had the Duck Ramen, sampled the Cod and Filet Mignon. Everything we ate was excellent, the filet was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and the service was professional. For those of you who might have been lucky enough to eat at 689, this restaurant embodies that creativity.

Some places aren’t just businesses — they feel like home. That’s exactly how we felt during our dinner here. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and every detail thoughtfully done.
What truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Darlene. Her kindness and sincerity touched us deeply. She went out of her way to make us feel seen and cared for, and her gesture at the end of the night brought us to tears.
The entire team radiates warmth and genuine hospitality.
Дякую! Thank you! Best wishes!
