This fast-food pizza place in the food court offers a good experience overall. The staff is friendly, and the pizza tastes good. However, it’s important to know that the pizza is not crispy—if you like a softer crust, this is a great choice for you.
The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but there are plenty of seating options available. If you don’t mind paying a little more and prefer a non-crispy pizza, this place is worth a visit.

The service here is pretty bad. Employees seem like they don’t want to be there and get mad when you ask them a question. In fact, their customer service skills are terrible, and I blame management for it. Their attitude is probably why the food is very mediocre because they don’t care. When my order was called, I asked the lady what number she called, and she gave me an attitude like it was my fault I couldn’t hear her.

Spoke to the General Manager tonight that did not take ownership for her staff not following through. The unfortunate part is that this is the best pizza I’ve had in Reno. The GM clearly needs to learn some customer service skills on her own. I had some specific requests that were not fulfilled and not apologized for nor addressed. She offered me 30% off my next in House pickup for. When something is ruined for someone, you’re supposed to help them with true customer service. She asked me what I wanted instead. I am absolutely not about to ask for something free. She has the power to make a $17 pizza the way I asked and not have it big deal. Btw, the two other staff members were delightful to speak to, and while one didn’t follow through, he was still very considerate.

Place is never super busy so food came out quick. The meatball sub is to die for, awesome flavor tons of sauce and delicious and messy! They give you silverware without asking and the employees were polite.

Definitely the best pizza within the Row, open late, and reasonably priced. You self-order at a kiosk screen, and the pizzas are made to order fairly quickly (~10 min). The crust was perfect thickness, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, sauce had great tomato flavor, and cheese was good quality. Seating is in a cafeteria-like area at Circus Circus.

This place is really convenient located in the food court at Circus Circus. Never a bad experience and then pizzas are good. It’s easy to pay at their kiosks or at cashier. Just be aware the sign is misleading as they do not accept Caesars Rewards. I think other places in the court might but they should remove this sign.

I ordered a cheese pie but, I didn’t expect it to be so good! Perfect pie for the area and the price was insanely good. Only $10 for a 2 person meal! I highly recommend. Pictures dont lie! Amazing char on that underside!

It was just ok. Staff was friendly and working hard but you can tell the ingredients are not the highest quality. Spend a little more and go to Brew Brothers or better yet, leave the casino for a local joint.
