Pizza crust was raw wasn’t cooked will. The topping seemed they just tossed wasn’t spreading around the crust. Pizza we had to tear it apart wasn’t sliced correctly. Pizza arrived late wait an hour Pizza was cold. And nasty. Never again will order.
Area we were we only was five minutes away from are hotel. Chicken wings were over cooked and not enough spicy sauce was cold as well. Paid $40.00 bucks not worth it. Domino’s Pizza better and cost less.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!!!!!! $62 we ordered 3 cheese cakes a chocolate cake 2 brownies and a large pizza. The large pizza was burnt and small. Everything tasted like it was rotten and had a burnt rubber taste. Yes even then deserts!!!!!! When we called to refund us they said they would send the driver. Called 3 times. They never sent the driver to pick up the food to refund, so we have dropped the pizza and deserts off in front of their door since they say they’re open but no ones here.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. I asked for extra cheese and Canadian bacon and two orders of chicken tenders and cheese fries. Instead I got cardboard very little cheese Canadian bacon what’s that. None. Burn tried out balls of dough, no chicken tenders. The fries that’s a joke. My dogs would not eat any of it. Spent over $50s that I had to throw away and order from McDonald’s. If I could give no stars I would. I think I got bread crumbs instead of the tenders. Gross I don’t even know how they are still in business!!!

This place is a neighborhood gem. A true pizza lovers oasis in the desert of mediocre pizzas in San Antonio. I heard it was started by a Michelin chef and them traveled to Italy and studied for four years each year in a different region and a different pie style under the direction of a different chef. It really shows in the dough and the high quality ingredients sourced locally and globally. Everything is fair trade and local when at all possible.
Don’t get me started on the deserts as their cheesecake is out of this world. Request the strawberry topping and syrup it’s my personal favorite and yes that’s also made in house by the desert chef.

That had to be the worst meal I’ve ever had. Our garlic bread was two bottoms of a bun. It was so soggy and gross. We couldn’t even eat it. We were supposed to have two complementary salads got one and it was so wet. You couldn’t even it was slimy. I ordered a simple order of french fries and they were the worst fries I’ve ever had and I am 59 years old and I have been eating french fries every day just about for 59 years and those are the worst fries I’ve ever had. I would never eat at this place and I Suggest you don’t either.

It was a horrible experience. Ordered food, took over an hour before I called to check. 10 minutes later, a guy shows up with a cold, crushed pizza box, pizza was literally stuck to the top of the box and ice cold. Wanted my receipt back from the guy and gave him the food. He gave me the wrong receipt back. And FYI, it’s from a place with a similar address called big John’s pizzeria, not Piezanos. Total scam and rip-off place, will file a complaint if they do not remove the charge for the food that I did not accept from the driver.

Oh my this place is bad. In my lifetime I estimate I have tried over 2000 pizzas. If I had to choose the absolute bottom of the list it would be from this place. Honestly it is amazing in hard to be this bad – almost like they set out to try to sell the worst pizza as a joke on the public. Look – I’m a big guy and like to eat but I literally ate one bite and trashed the remaining entire pizza. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Ordered a pizza and sub while on vacation in san antonio. They were out of mushrooms that was ok. They requested cash and assured me the delivery person would have change. This guy said right before he left the store they closed him out he didn’t have any change not even 5 dollars be aware of this companies scams. If in a hotel insist on paying with a credit card or you will be scammed

If I could leave zero stars I would. Disgusting cold pizza with no flavor. Maybe 2 pepperonis per slice. I was promised an hour and took one half hours. hours. Then the driver gives me a free pizza then calls me to take it back. Wings were salty and smaller than my pinky finger. Worst pizza experience of my life. I never leave reviews but don’t want anyone else to have this experience.
