Our quality pizzas are cooked in an authentic brick oven. They take a little longer than a conveyor oven, but our pizza tastes better. Piezano’s has been Lincoln’s favorite neighborhood pizzeria since 1982. Our pizzas are unlike anything you’ve tried. Known for our made-from-scratch crusts, delicious sauce, and ample cheese, our pizzas will bring back memories of when you were young. Piezano’s was originally founded by Dick and Diane Burner, who used their grandmother’s recipes to build the business into a local favorite. It is our mission to continue that tradition in everything we do from the food we serve to the service of our staff. It’s just so easy to go to Piezano’s on Sunday for all you can eat spaghetti. You might not know what to have for supper, the price is reasonable and you can totally get filled up. What’s not to like. The sauces are delicious and you have other choices besides spaghetti if you don’t want to eat that on your visit.

Went Sunday, December 22, 2024 roughly 7:00 pm.
Hostess was pleasant. But tried to set my daughter and I right inside the dining area, where everyone going in and out would have to pass by us, I begged off and got us moved to a back corner.
Waitress showed up. Absolutely no facial expression and immediately asked for our drink order, but there was no mention of what drinks were available. She said, “We have Coke products and lemonade.” So I asked for Mello Yello. She just flatly said, “Sprite”. “No, I asked for Mello Yello.”, ..”We don’t have that so Sprite.” No..lemonade.
She returned 5 minutes later and dead pan handed the lemonades over and asked what’s your order.
I asked what cheeses were in the lasagna, as the menu said there were three and covered with mozzarella. She just said…I think ricotta.
We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo, and mastaccoli.
Daughter went to the bathroom…she showed pictures of the bathroom. Filthy sink area, toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor and hair in the sink.
Twenty plus minutes later our food showed up. Again waitress without facial expression.
We made it two bites in to our food and my daughter says..”Dad, there’s hair hanging from your fork….” As I put the third bite into my mouth.
We decided to take a picture of it, told the hostess we were ready to go as we found hair in our food.
I told the waitress again we wanted to leave immediately as we found hair in our food.
Was presented bill for $40.71, I paid and we left immediately.
Might have been an off night for both waitress and kitchen, but we won’t be ordering in or dining in any time soon

If you want an idea what Pizza Hut’s ugly step cousin looks like, Piezano’s is that ugly step cousin. I got delivery. I got their largest size. Pizza was underwhelming. The presentation was adverage. Decent flavor but nothing spectacular. I was charged 31 dollars for this order. With a small “Large Pizza” (typical medium size at other pizza places) the portion isnt equal to the amount you pay. Very disappointing. It took them one hour to deliver this pizza. Now, I worked in resturants before. I understand higher customer volumes during peak hours will effect product output. But when you charge 31 bucks for a undersize large pizza your going to piss someone off now and then. I’m that guy. :/
Only Toppers Pizza and MellowMushroom can get away with charging 30 bucks for a medium size pizza due to them using superior indredients and much vibrant pizza dough with overall better product. Sorry Piezanos but I will bever buy a pizza from you again. I didnt finish eating my slice while writting this review.

The pizza is very good. The crust is just right, not to chewy and not to crisp. I love the cheese bread! Also, you’ve got to try the spaghetti. It’s delicious.

over 25 years I’ve eaten here many times, there have been highs and lows, but yesterday evening was very good. Not sure what to say besides very fresh and correct pizza. Price was fair for what we got too.

Ordered this cheese pizza topped with basil & ricotta for carry out. Would have dined in but I was in a bit of a hurry. My order was done quickly however, I didn’t get home and settled in for almost 30 minutes after getting my pizza. Even after that it was terrific! Fresh, clean, simple ingredients and absolutely great flavors. Keep it up Piezano’s. I’ll be back.

I have been going to Piezano’s for over 30 years and over the years there have been ups and downs with food and service. I have never said I will not return. We literally disliked what we got so much tonight that we are currently at another pizza joint getting dinner. We told our server about the raw crust and the pizza that didn’t rise – so I did give them a chance to fix. No correction, options or even an apology. We should have known when we were one of only two tables occupied on Valentine’s Day. RIP Piezano’s.

Visited for the first time the other day. This is a small place with amazing food. We ended up going with the buffet, and it couldn’t have been a better decision. This pizza is amazing. I was told that we need to try the cream cheese pepperoni pizza, and after talking with the waiter they said they would make one and put it on the buffet. AWESOME! Friendly staff and great food. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
