The pizza was amazing! It was so big and loaded with flavor and toppings. Carry out and delivery only. The place was so busy! I’m definitely going back!

The pizza is the absolute best. Crispy crust, and they pile the toppings and cheese. Always get a large so there are leftovers for lunch the next day!!

My first time trying Pietro’s. It’s all carry out or delivery which is great. The large sausage pepperoni pizza was so heavy with meat we were impressed. Great sauce, slightly sweet from the ripe tomatoes . I’d go back again.

I order a regular large pizza. I got a deep dish pizza with too much marinara sauce. So I called the company back, asked to speak with a manager. I wanted a refund and to return the pizza to the store. The manager who I spoke with proclaimed to be the owner told me the company doesn’t give refunds, so I offered to accept a store credit and got a response of , “ We had over 500 pizza made and you was the only unsatisfied customer.” I explain that we order for a company and no one in the company was satisfied with the pizza. So the person I spoke with continued to be rude ask me not to order from them again, which is not a problem because the food is not great at all. Ask for corporate number, I was rudely hung up on. Please don’t waste your money they food isn’t great and the customer service is worst.

Pietro’s is usually on point with their pies and have really flavorful sauce. Recommend their stuffed deep dish (if you don’t mind a bready pie), but their traditional is always great too. Pro-tip: order well done.

Very small place but the food is amazing. Be warned if ordering on a Friday or Saturday and you are intending to pick up. If they tell you half an hour, it’s more like 45 minutes. The waiting area is very small the food is well worth the wait.

The customer service and food/ food prep here is just too inconsistent for more than a 3 star review. We’ve ordered several times from this store for the convenience and different taste (from other nearby pizza places)… So, inconsistencies include: order readiness, food quality, attitude of staff.

So I definitely read the menu listing wrong and ordered 2 Xtra large stuffed pizzas, thinking it was just stuffed crust. I will be eating pizza for the rest of the week.

Best pizza in Roscoe/Rocton area. A couple things I don’t care for…if you order 2 toppings on one half of the pizza, and 2 toppings on the other half, they charge you for 4 toppings. Clearly this should be 2 full toppings, not 4. Lastly, during Covid, you could not go inside to pick up your pizza, one of the employees would bring it out to you. I always tipped the employee who brought it out. I later found out that the owners would take all the tips from their employees. This is wrong on so many levels. I found this out from my daughter who worked there.

My husband and I have been ordering from Pietro’s about once a month for the last 3 years, since we moved to the Roscoe area. Overall we like the taste, since it seems unique. We order the pizza with half no cheese and normally have no issues. However, this particular time for some reason the cheese was slid to one side. In my experience this is typically because someone, either at the store or in the car for delivery, had the pizza tilted too much. My husband called just to give an FYI that maybe they should talk to their driver to avoid this issue in the future. He was told, “thanks for letting us know, but that happens sometimes when you order a pizza with half no cheese”. Pretty annoyed that even though he didn’t call to ask for a new pizza or anything but rather just to make a statement, and they felt the need to turn the situation around and say it was our fault the cheese slid to one side. Simply saying, “thanks for letting us know we’ll talk to the driver”, would have been better than blaming the customer.
