Delicious! My husband and I are super picky about our pizza and are always trying new places around Indy. We saw Pietro’s open up down the street and decided to give it a whirl. We’ve now found our go-to pizzeria. The quantity and quality of ingredients is fantastic. Very fresh with lots of cheesy goodness :-P. If you’re on the fence about trying a new place, go for it! You won’t regret it!

Pietro’s pizza is one of the best yet unknown pizza places in Indy. They use quality ingredients and don’t skip on the helpings. Their stuffed pizzas are my favorite, hands down. Definitely would suggest it to friends!

Delivery took well over an hour to get to my apartment which is on 96th street. Less than 3 miles away! Also they didn’t give me any salad dressing for the salad I ordered. I had never ordered from here before and I will be trying some place else next time. This way I could get what I pay for at least. It was my first try at a pizza place since I moved to Indiana.
The calzone was pretty good.
*Update * they do care and tried to make it right. I appreciate the thought and effort. I gave this place another shot. It was very good and the staff are really polite. Thanks again for reaching out.

Excellent Pizza. Quality meat, cheese and bread. A little pricey but I’m willing to pay for the quality. I wouldn’t call it gourmet but its definitely not “fast food.” It was wonderfully simple. I ordered a thin crust with pepperoni and extra cheese. The crust was fresh and buttery and I didn’t need the extra cheese! I’m a “cheese head” but the extra cheese was almost too much cheese–if that’s possible. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Plenty of fresh marinara and gooey cheese. Real cheese. I didn’t try the salads but they appeared to be fresh. This is my new favorite spot. Give it a whirl!

Being from Chicagoland, I always complained about pizza when I moved to Indy, that changed when I found Pietro’s. Their stuffed pizza is incredible, best pizza in Indy. Plus, you can get some cannolis for dessert.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. When you want food that tastes homemade from authentic Italian recipes, Pietro’s is the place to go. The best Pizza in Indianapolis!!!!

Had the worst experience possible here. I heard from several people that this pizza was great so my roommate and I placed an order for carryout. The women on the phone we placed the order with told us our coupon on their website was acceptable. When we got there, the guy at the counter said we couldn’t use our coupon because we had to hand it to him in person but to look online for other coupons. My roommate said she no longer wanted the additional breadsticks since we couldn’t use our coupon. The guy then proceeded to say well he would just eat the breadsticks then because he likes them anyways. He also said he would add to our “file” that we took something off the order after they made it. My roommate and I decided with the way the guy was acting that we no longer wanted to eat anything from there. We then received a phone call almost 2 hours later from the women we spoke with initially saying not to order food if we don’t want it. I have never had such terrible service from a restaurant and we absolutely not recommend a place that harasses their customers.

The food was good. Nothing to write in a blog about, but consistent. The management/owner; not so much.
I called to ask if they do take out. The owner, Pietro, answered and was very short with me. I was hung up at that point. When I called back, I didn’t get a word in before I was hung up on again.
I don’t mind attitude once in a while, but this was uncalled for. I will never eat here or associate this restaurant again.
I hope it goes into new ownership.
