We usually try not to eat at chain restaurants on trips but this little place was a walk away from where we were staying and we had eaten at our local location before and decided to give this one a try. Our waitress Laurel was so sweet and attentive and really knowledgeable about the menu as we had a hard time deciding what to get. The atmosphere was really nice and quiet and our food arrived fairly quickly. We did half and half on the pizza and did one side chicken gouda and the other sriracha shrimp, both were sooo good but the chicken Gouda was our favorite. We also really enjoyed the garlic flatbread and cheesecake!

The food was fabulous! We had a cheese, pepperoni, and a chicken Gouda pizza. The chicken Gouda is probably the best pizza I have ever had. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The kids enjoyed playing pool while waiting for our food. The winter margarita was good and there was a good selection of local beers.

Travelled to WV recently for Bridge Day at New River Gorge National Park. Pies & Pints came recommended by our AirBNB host. Due to busier than normal crowds we had to wait an hour for service, but the food and service were exceptional. We tried several menu items including their famous grape and gorgonzola pizza, pizza skins and house salad. Everything was hot, freshly made and delicious. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Fayetteville WV area. Indoor and outdoor seating available including a covered outdoor waiting area with ample seating and a small enclosed outdoor play area for toddlers.

Traveled from Buckhannon – we initially planned on going to the Secret sandwich society – but they turned us away at 8pm – we ended up coming here & honestly, I’m so glad. The service was phenomenal. the food was amazing. The atmosphere? Great. There was a pool table and arcade games in the waiting room if there was a wait. Those wings & that sauce? 100/10. Will go back.

Pies & Pints is a place I stop every time I’m in the area. The service always top notch and I love the pizza and beer selection. Always seems to hit the spot. This most recent time I visited (August 2025) they’d added on to the building since I was last there. Really like the new addition.

It was a sweltering weekday in July when we stopped by. Unfortunately, when we asked about seating, the guy told us that all tables were reserved and we’d have to wait an hour. So we decided to sit outside and ordered a pizza. The pizza was no doubt really good but we were puzzled to see that most of the indoor seating remained empty throughout our wait. Despite the plenty of available space, we had to sit outside in the heat.

Amazing pizza place. Lots of interesting different types of pizzas to choose from. If you order a large, then you can do a half and half pizza. The place has a tavern like atmosphere. The parking lot was around back. Our server was great. We were told by others that the wait times were long. We went on a tuesday night and didn’t experience any of that. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

We had a good meal here after going rafting on the recommendation of our guide. It is a bit deceptive with the parking lot and entrance, but it is bigger and busier than it looks. The pizza was great with many things we wanted to try. The ability to split a pizza into halves that both tasted great with an exorbitant cost was a great way to try more. We tried mushroom and street corn. They had a decent bar and nice atmosphere. We would definitely eat here again.

We visited after a little league football game on a whim, got sat immediately with no wait time. The staff were all super friendly, our experience was great! The food was wonderful, both of my kids got pizza bread off the kids menu and loved it! Their white pizza was to die for. Would definitely eat here again whenever we’re in the area.

These pizzas were delicious!! I strongly recommend just ordering one of their specials off of the menus, as they are all good. Our group got half gluten free pies and half regular. The half that got gluten free wished they would have split a small one and gotten side salads. I ordered a gluten free sandwich in some kind of panini and it was amazing!!! We are already trying to plan trips around where we can find another pies and pints!!
