My fiancé and I order from Pies Guys in Syracuse every week, we order delivery, and they never disappoint. Our most recent order (Wednesday, September 24th, 2025) showed again why they’re our go-to, everything arrived piping hot, fresh, and perfectly packed. The pizza was so fresh out of the oven it was still steaming when we opened the box.
The weekly pizza special(s) are always creative and consistently delicious, but their classic pizza is just as impressive, real, authentic, and full of flavor. The fried dough is unbeatable: hot, crispy, and soft cooked perfectly, the kind of treat you usually only expect at a fair. The chicken tenders hit that perfect balance of crunchy outside and well-cooked on the inside, (and their calzones are generously filled and baked just right).
What makes Pies Guys stand out is their consistency. Every delivery order has been correct, no forgotten items, on time (even when busy), and handled with care. Nothing ever arrives soggy, smushed, or lukewarm, it’s always exactly how it should be. They also do a great job accommodating requests, which shows how much they value their customers.

Unfortunately lesson learned. Don’t order fish from a pizza place. It was like rubber. Fries were hard as rocks. Coleslaw was terrible. Asked for extra tartar. Nope. At least the salad is edible. I received $5 off for first time order. Hopefully, their pizza is better. Likely will not order again, though. And the bag leaked on my seat of my car. Made it smell horrible. Suggestion. Maybe use plastic bags in the future.

Pie guys did it again! My son chooses them every year for his birthday, 16 this year! Pizza was good and wings were good. we tried some different flavors this time. Honey bbq, sweet and tangy. The Honey bbq tastes like bbq sauce with apple cider and the sweet and tangy is bbq with tangy mustard. They were ok, the mild were more grease then sauce but still good. The birthday boy says they were delicious! And the hubby says damn good!

I stayed at a local hotel over the weekend and ordered pizza from here. It was maybe 30 minutes left before they close and I ordered a sheet pizza and 30 wings. Whoever answered the phone was polite and professional and when we got there, they were nice made my wings crispy as I asked, and the pizza was delicious. It could’ve used a little bit more pepperoni but other than that everything was good service was A1. I would definitely eat here again.

We were staying at a local hotel and ordered the pie guys to deliver food. We ordered two of their chef salads with chicken and a slice of pizza. Everything was amazing fresh and delicious. They were very conscientious about making sure we had everything we needed since we were eating out of our hotel room and brought necessary utensils and extras. They delivered directly to the front door in less time than they had thought. We would definitely order from this establishment again.

I ordered a large pizza, half mushroom and green pepper half Eggplant. The online ordering system was done, so when I got there I learned they had not received my order, but they made it very quickly, and they were very friendly about it. The pizza was good, but it felt like something was missing from making it great! Definitely worth a try.

I ordered a garlic pizza with mushrooms, sausage and red peppers ! I got a regular pizza w tomato sauce ! I’m so disappointed! I have company over and they can not have red sauce! The girl who took the order had the worst customer service, slammed the phone down after the order ! I order from here weekly and it’s usually awesome, this week was so good ;(
