A slice of heaven and southern hospitality! We met “the” Mike who makes all the pies personally. We tried the key lime, toll house and fudge – highly recommended them all. Pies by Mike is a don’t-miss destination. The best pies, and the best people!

Tried to get here for years but Google said they close at 1pm. However apparently they have vending machines available and secure 24 hours a day.
It’s breakfast only. Pretty simple and fast when the store is open. Very friendly and happy.
But I wish Google let me know the 24 how availability. I’m from the North and Pie is hard to find

Even when closed, they’re open. A unique vending system allows you to select whole pies, slices, and other items, including drinks, mugs, and t-shirts. The pies are good and cost about $4 a slice or $20 a whole piece. Some varieties are more. Check their website to see what is available. When we were there the website and what was available were the same.

If you are looking for a place with a joy-filled, peace giving atmosphere, fantastic coffee, and pies that make your mouth water as soon as you see them, look no further. We don’t live in town but every time we come back to see family we make sure to stop in to say hello and get some delicious treats. Mike always remembers our names and is always spreading joy!

Traveling from Millbrook, AL for an appointment, we decided to stop by for some drinks. Alice was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful while we were deciding what pie to get for my mom and little sister. She even let us sample a variety of flavors since it was our first time visiting.
We tried the Pineapple Pie — it was delicate, light, and tasted just like those Outshine popsicles! We also sampled the Key Lime, Peanut Butter, and Lemon Silk pies. All of them were delicious, but we ended up going with the Peanut Butter (my mom’s favorite) and the Lemon Silk, which was bright and smooth.
We also ordered one Pigs on a Blanket and a Caramel Coffee. Before we purchased, Alice kindly let us know the pigs might be extra crunchy since they’d been in the warmer a bit longer — and she automatically discounted them for us.
As someone who works at our own local family restaurant in Millbrook, @JaguarSpot, it was so nice to be on the receiving end of such excellent service. If you’re ever in Clanton, definitely stop by and check them out!

My sister was driving from Detroit to Mobile, Al and near Clanton saw the sign on I65 for Pies By Mike. Thank goodness she did because now, no one in my family passes the exit without stopping and bringing pie home for everyone. They sell a large, changing variety of whole pies and pie slices. You can call ahead and if your favorite wouldn’t be on the menu they will make it. They close early but that doesn’t matter. They have a kind of pie vending machine room so after hours you can pick up one you ordered. Didn’t order one- there are extra slices and wholes in the case. Don’t miss this delicious pie shop.

We love Pies by Mike! Enjoyed seeing them today at their 5 year anniversary celebration. We even received a whole free pecan pie for being one of the first five customers there today! Food is always delicious and service is always great!

Best pies ever, by the nicest people ever! Every pie we have purchased was delicious. From the White Chocolate Pecan, to the Peanut Butter, to the Crack Cups, you cannot go wrong!

The peanut butter pie melted very fast, but it tasted good. The Tollhouse pie was ok, but the crust was very thin. If I go back, I might try the pecan. Not really worth $4 per slice. The slices were very small.
