It is always so clean and the bakery case is always so beautiful! I love their cake slices and they are at an excellent price point at $3.50 per slice.

First am very Disappointed by this establishment first time I order a cake the lady with messy hair was very rude she asked me to send her a picture of the design I asked for and I did when we got the cake and cut it the center was supper dry it was a tres leches cake I texted her to the same number I had send the picture of the cake and she didn’t respond. their expensive but they don’t put the work into their cakes and thats disappointing on top of their lack of customer service ! if their miserable they need to stay home or hire people with good energy! I whent a year later to order a heart shaped cake and same nasty rude attitude and she charged me over 100 for a 10 in cake which I don’t mind paying if it’s going to be done to my liking the writing in the cake was sloppy I payed for fresh strawberry’s and their was only a little bit in the center they had another heart cake behind the glass it looked exactly like the one I order I asked for the price and the lady said it was 50 when I asked her why I got charged more for the same cake she said because it’s custom to my liking yet the one behind glass was the same cake ! Last time I’ll ever order !

Friendly staff , clean bakery and love the simple atmosphere

I ordered the passion fruit cake for my team member’s birthday and it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had! I tried to take a picture before it was cut but everyone was too excited. Fresh, fruity, and delightful! Completely worth it and I will order from here again!

I didn’t plan to purchase anything from here but saw it when I was picking up lunch next door. I only ordered a slice of strawberry topped cheesecake. I admit I was expecting it to be delicious for whatever the reason but it was just “ok”. I forgot exactly how much I paid for it but it was under $10. After the fact I googled the bakery and read some of the negative reviews, which I’m not surprised in of itself about the quality considering my experience…it definitely looked better than what it tasted like.

I am confused by some of the negative reviews. If I was looking online for a bakery I wouldn’t try this place. I’m glad I did though. I enjoyed some sweets after getting food next door and loved the tres leches. I even asked for my birthday cake to be made by them and it was delicious.

I cannot explain how embarrassed and disappointed I was last night while serving my sons cake. I paid $110 for a very small cake filled with fruit 3 leches and it did not have any fruit had a hair in between the bread and was not good either, I went back to the bakery for a refund the next morning and all I was returned was half price. Which it makes no sense being so disappointed and upset. They’ll never loose money if they do a bad work they will not return you any money. Think twice before ordering a cake from that place..

I ordered a cake for my moms 75th birthday I had told them what I wanted I wanted a cake not to look like a baby shower cake and when she pulls out it looks like a baby shower cake!!! And on top of that they over charged by 30 bucks when I asked how much a cake would cost the other lady told me a different price NEVER AGAIN!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Super sloppy work! I ordered a tres leches cake they didn’t put a tray at the bottom of the cake to hold the milk and looked horrible once we arrive home! They act like they gave me the cake for free! I paid $100 and it was so embarrassing showing up with a cake looking so bad!

This place sucks. I placed an order back in August for a cake I wanted in October and I showed them a picture of what I wanted. The cake was a semi frosted cake with plastic cows and a gold happy birthday sign. They guaranteed they can get the cake done exactly how the picture shows. I even sent them the picture so they can reference it. Come October, a day before the party, I go in to pay the rest of the remaining balance. The lady asked if I’m sure I didn’t want frosted cows. I confirmed that I wanted plastic cows. She says okay then shows me what kind of birthday sign I want for the cake. None of the pictures shown looked like the picture I provided. I settled on one that I kinda liked. The next day I pick up the cake and the sign I kinda liked looks pixelated and awful. The plastic cows were no where in sight and the cake looked half assed at best. Honestly, I wish there was some transparency so that I can lower my expectations or go to a different bakery. They didn’t even offer a partial refund for their dishonesty. They had months to order the plastic cows and the gold happy birthday sign and they couldn’t be bothered to do that.

The cakes are okay, however their cutomer service is not that great. I went there for the first time and got two cakes. The lady quickly packet them and taped them. Another customer came in, and another employee took care of her. I heard the employee ask her if she wanted something written. I quickly realized the lady didn’t ask me. So I asked her to write something for me. She got annoyed by it and made it seem like it was too hard to remove the tape. I ignored her behavior and proceeded to tell her what to write. Those cakes are not cheap. So at least be nice to the customer even though she ended up doing it, im still questioning ever going back.
