This bakery charged me $140 for a custom cake that was for my son‘s 4th birthday party. I will post pictures down below with evidence on my situation. I went in and requested my order. They told me I had to write an email with what I wanted and then also took my order in person with what I wanted. I asked for a candy themed cake that was chocolate on chocolate strawberries in the middle a blue splatter on top with the candy decorations. Now when I received the cake, the top of the cake was correct but around it wasn’t even chocolate. It was a pink color. This cake was for my son that is a boy so this cake was not exactly what I asked for on the outside. It look like a gender reveal cake. OK cool I brush it off because I’m like “ it’s what’s in the inside of the cake that matters “. His birthday comes, and when we cut into the cake, it was VANILLA. MY SON MAY BE FOUR YEARS OLD, BUT HE KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VANILLA AND CHOCOLATE HE THREW THE BIGGEST FIT. And did not even eat the cake! he only ate the candy that was on the top. Nobody in fact, ate the cake because my family DOES NOT LOKE VANILLA. We only like chocolate this is the biggest mistake for a cake order. getting the wrong flavor!!!! I still had 95% of the cake left over from our party that had about 20-25 people there. Not even my baby cousin that is 2 years old wanted to eat it because it wasn’t chocolate. I then contacted Pierre to email letting them know what happened with this cake. I got no response, two days later I then I called Pierre’s bakery and asked if I can speak to their boss. They said she wasn’t in but she would reply to my email, they took my phone number & Said that she will give me a call back too. I never received anything no email no phone call nothing I even followed up twice And still got no response. I then went in person to the bakery, and they could not help me because they don’t own the bakery. They just worked there … they took my name and my number Again and still nothing! I emailed them January 2, 2026 a day after my son‘s birthday on January 1. January 9, a week later And still no response. If you’re thinking about ordering from this bakery, I think again spending $140 on a cake is not cheap. I did it because it was my son’s fourth birthday and I wanted something really nice for him. I didn’t even get what I asked for. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Nobody responded to me, even after following up three times And going in person this situation has been more than a week old and I’m still upset because nobody has even picked up the phone to call me. NO APOLOGIES, no refund , no store credit. NOTHING. just a $140 cake in the garbage. I’ll drop my pictures of proof below.

This is my go-to bakery for our family, their cakes are always absolutely delicious! For our mother’s 90th birthday, we ordered a full-size sheet cake with buttercream icing, white cake, lemon filling, and beautiful blue flowers to match the picture of her dress in the center of the cake. It was stunning and tasted even better than it looked.
We had 67 guests, and everyone raved about the cake, there was even enough for seconds! Everyone on staff is so nice, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Pierre’s is truly embraced by the community, and we are so grateful for their exceptional flavor and outstanding service. They also have a fabulous deli menu and catering options that make every occasion special.

Pierre’s Bakery created the most amazing baby shower cake in appearance and taste. We presented them with an idea for the cake, but they took it to the next level. The white cake with buttercream icing was filled with pastry cream, fresh strawberry and fresh bananas. The attention to detail of adding a sleeping infant and the baby shoes gave it the perfect appearance.
We can not thank them enough for the time and effort it took to make the BEST cake ever!!

We recently celebrated a coworker birthday who requested a mocha cake! Everyone in our office was very impressed with Pierre Bakery! The cake was moist and delicious! Nobody was disappointed! Pierre bakery did an amazingly awesome job! We are % Happy and satisfied! So grateful for Pierre’s premium quality cakes!

Birthday cake – 9-inch round with ButterCream icing and yellow cake throughout. The filling is one layer of strawberry preserves and one layer of pineapple. I chose balloons for my decoration. My favorite combination. Pierre’s does a good job with custom cakes.

Had a simple cupcake and apple turnover. The cupcake was very good. The cake was fresh and moist while the icing was sweet but not too sweet. The apple turnover was very flaky. The topping was a little too sweet for me and the filling was just okay. The filling was also a bit too sweet for me.
I always had very good sandwiches from the deli side.

I stopped by this bakery on a whim. I needed to order a birthday cake for my son and needed it in less then a week. They were so friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request and the cake turned out beautifully. My son turned 16 and said this was the best cake he’s ever had. I would have to agree! It was vanilla and chocolate layers of cake with Oreo cream filling.

We ordered our gender reveal cake from here and we could not have been anymore happier with the results. We added the figurines on top and the cake stand as well to really finish it off, but the look of the cake was incredible. More importantly, the cake itself tasted great! The amount of fondant was just right considering by the look of the cake, you would think there was a lot of it, but there was a thin layer of it at the edge of each slice. The cake was soft and the filling was light and airy. A cake for a small occasion like ours, this place can get it done for you.
