Good French bakery with croissants and coffee, but it wasn’t too fresh and I’ve had better croissants. Service was excellent, the staff was very kind. Parking is not easy to find as well.

It was such a disappointing experience ordering the birthday cake from this place. Normally I love this place for desserts, baguette, and croissants but not this time. They notified the macaron colors might be different depending on the inventory they have, however I got this random lime green that didn’t fit the party theme at all. There’s no chocolate decor at all like on their website. Generally it looked empty with little bit of berries… Cream sunk and mashed, it moved so easily that it was off center after the pick up. I’m really sad and upset for ordering this special occasion cake from here and I don’t think I’ll preorder the whole cakes anymore they look very different from their website…

The food here has always been the best. Absolutely beyond. The croissants are amazing, the pastries are amazing, but this year, I have to comment on the incredible customer service. I ordered a cake for Christmas, But I actually ordered it online before they were officially on sale. The staff and chefs with the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed for a holiday party I was throwing despite it being outside of their normal schedule. I can’t say enough!

All I can say is that you must go there and taste their pastry yourself. So far I have been using their services for over a year and I never got disappointed. I buy birthday cakes for each of my staff members for their birthday and it gets better and better each time. I also buy their croissants Yummy. The staff is very friendly, the owner is so professional and helpful, many times he accepted my last minute order or changes and finished them in time and the best part is their coffee. I definitely recommend this place 5 ⭐️ over all from goods to customer service to staff member to hygiene and to location as well and if I am not wrong they just open a 4th location.

Excellent service, amaizing authentic baguettes , croissants and many interesting small desserts, chocolate chip cookies and other pastries. Can order a cake in different sizes such as “6 person” or “12 person” with a beautiful inscription like Happy Birthday…etc. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Open till 8 pm which is helpful. 5 stars

Couple of weeks ago, we visited Pierre Michel Bakery randomly and were impressed by their delicate flavor of almond croissant.
We detoured to get some pastries in the past weekend but almost everything was sold out at 8am and here are what we got.
The decor looks humble but they bake one of the best croissants in NYC/NJ. It’s crispy and flaky with beautiful layers. We love their almond croissant so much but unfortunately we only got their almond chocolate croissant this time.

Stopped in to pick up a few pastries from here one rainy Saturday afternoon. I had this place on my list but we’re never really in this area but one day, the stars aligned and I remembered I still wanted to try it. It was kind of late – almost 3 pm so they didn’t seem to have a lot of choices. We ended up getting a berry tart and a saint honoré. They were really good because they weren’t too sweet. The whipped cream on the outside was a little too much for me but I LOVED the custard (?) -like filling on the inside. But then again, I just love custard.
I’ll have to come back earlier next time to see if they have additional offerings because according to their menu, they do. It says they have macarons but I didn’t see any on display.

Very torn leaving a 4 start review I mean the pastries , mousse cakes everything is amazing and to die for . But last 3-4 times I went there something went wrong . Once I ordered mousse cake for my father’s bday got the wrong flavor , then bought heart for valentines also was told the flavor was exotic and it was different flavor, for Christmas I went there to pick up order that was placed for 12pm I got there at 1 pm but it wasn’t ready so I had to come back in few hours then I received wrong part of the order that I didn’t notice went home and was called in to come and return it bc they had to give it to another customer so I again had to drive there to switch it up . They did apologize but honestly I felt like a free baguette or pc of pastry would be nice to receive for my hustles the girls knew they had me driving there 3 times that day and I live like 20 min from the bakery . Anyways will def go back just hoping that I can get the correct orders .

The bakery has so many exquisite desserts and pastries that will want you to order everything. I absolutely loved the macaroons purchased the day of, you are able to tell they were made the day of because of how fresh they are. Their coffee and cappuccino is good as well.
