absolutely incredible from start to finish. had the lunch menu with some individual drinks and it was absolutely outstanding. the presentations, the textures and the tastes of all the dishes were crafted with absolute perfection. each course was basically several dishes in one, so you could go back and forth between the amazing plates.
In addition, the service was super fast, attentive and fun. Definitely worth the money.
I will come again… still dreaming about the whole experience!!
merci beaucoup

The best price over quality and quantity. Why to taste a 150-euro menu with 7 courses in a 1-star restaurant while you can taste a 185-euro lunch menu with 7 courses in a 3-star restaurant with a highlight that the amuse-bouche has 8 bites and the dessert has 9 bites and every other dish has at least 2-3 elements. The representative of french creative cuisine. Will bring my children and my family here.

Great dinner, brought our family many new culinary experiences. The price is very reasonable compared to the quality of the food you get. The first note is that the dessert here is very large. If the dessert portion is a little smaller, I think it will be more balanced. A small note is that if you choose enough starter, main course and dessert, it will be a lot. You should only choose starter or main course and dessert.

This was an amazing four-hour dinner. It was my first time experiencing a four-hour meal and a Michelin 3-star restaurant, and I was extremely satisfied.

In mid-March, we traveled to Paris and had our very first experience at Pierre Gagnaire — and wow, it truly left a mark on us. Every dish was like a work of art: beautifully presented, full of flavor, yet so light and easy to enjoy. It didn’t feel heavy or overwhelming at all — just pure joy with every bite.

The atmosphere was elegant but relaxed, and the service was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and so thoughtful. And don’t even get me started on the desserts… they were out of this world. Honestly, the kind of sweets you dream about long after the meal is over.

Even now, after coming home, we still find ourselves missing that experience. It wasn’t just a meal — it was something we’ll remember forever.
Out of all the places we ate at in Paris, this was hands down our number one favorite❤️

I’ve been to good enough Michelin restaurants, but for first time I experience 3 stars.
The service was fantastic- friendly, nice and not too formal.
Most of the dishes were amazing, very few very good. After all it’s a matter of taste, right.
Gourmet experience at very best!

You always feel the excitement when you are about to experience a new 3 Michelin stars restaurant. Pierre Gagnaire won’t let you down!
The staff makes you feel welcome from the first steps in. The restaurant is well appointed with beautiful tables which offer comfort and privacy.
Let’s get to the important part, the food!
We normally do the tasting menu to sample as much food from the chef we visit. On this occasion, the Maitre D suggested that we share some starters and then get each a main course and desert as it would be a better way to sample PG’s food. We were surprised but then we understood.
The starters are not one dish, they are one theme which will bring 6-8 small dishes around the theme. What a spectacular way to sample lots of different dishes and tastes. It was incredible. But wait, there is more!
The main courses operate on the same principles:
I got the bone in veal chop which came with 5 other small dishes around the main plate. Spectacular!
But wait, there is more! The desserts. Three themes: honey, vanilla and chocolate:
Yet again, one main plate( the huge chocolate soufflé on the picture) with another 3-5 small dishes all around chocolate. OMG, chocolate heaven does exist!
Finally, the wine selection was incredibly well priced for a 3 stars. Congrats to the sommelier!
Needless to say that we would recommend to visit PG. our experience was incredible. I must mention the staff too who were very attentive without being over the top.
All around incredible experience!

We will be back to try the other things we couldn’t try!

The absolute worst 3-star restaurant in the world. Food is pure trash. They also messed up my food allergy that almost killed me and didn’t even acknowledge it. They got my order wrong and the server lied in front of me and said in French I ordered the wrong thing (surprise I speak French!!!!). Food is not worthy of one star. Absolutely overrated and cannot recommend enough that no one goes here.

Pierre never disappointed his diners, if you’ve never been to his restaurant, this will be one of your bucket list, how he interpret each dish is very different with other chefs, you need to be there to experience. I came here for his chocolate soufflé, I would say is the best chocolate soufflé I ate, from Hong Kong to Paris, still the best. Pierre made so many delicious food that I still remember and I still think they are amazing. He made the best turbo fish, frozen foie gras salad, and his cooked oysters but still tasted like raw oysters. He is not only a chef but an artist , very talented. So happy to see him in person again.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Pierre Gagnaire, where the atmosphere was both elegant and relaxing. Everything from the food to the service was simply flawless. The dishes were perfectly paired with wines recommended by the sommelier, making every bite and sip a delight. The service was warm, thoughtful, and made me feel truly welcomed. This is a culinary experience not to be missed — I will definitely be coming back.
