My family loves this place. We moved here from the Bronx so having a good pizza for a great price is very important to us. I don’t even know if you can feed a family of four for $20 anywhere else. Service is always great as well.

Ordered their thick Sicilian and fresh dough Neapolitan pies. Both were very good. Solid crust, sweet sauce, good cheese balance. Friendly staff, high-paced service. Minimum seating but quick turnover. Sicilian 4/5, Neapolitan strong 4/5, similar to Three Guys in Dallas.

Classic Hamlin pizza spot with takeout and dining room available. I recommend the mild wing pizza or the barbecue chicken, but plain is always a classic. The dining room ceiling is covered in painted tiles by local artists and the windows are seasonally decorated by local artist Bonnie black Edwards which adds a wonderful touch of character to the community.

Gave my order sat on the bench waited 15min. Then I hear older lady asking why am I sitting there and what I was waiting for. Seemed like the girl that took my order forgot to tell the cook. Cheesesteak was absolutely nothing like back home. Bread too soft and very very little meat. No flavor! Not even the ketchup helped.

This was our first time visiting Piero’s but it certainly won’t be our last. I know it sounds weird walking into a pizza place and ordering a burger and fries but that’s what I was in the mood for and it did not disappoint. The french fries were nice and crispy as well as flavorful and my burger arrived on a fresh kaiser roll. My husband very much enjoyed their white pizza and jalapeno poppers. I was quite intrigued by the paintings which were done on many of their drop-ceiling tiles. So much so that I photographed many of them as I walked around enjoying them. At the end of our meal my husband and I engaged in a very pleasant conversation with Mr. Piero reminiscing about Italy and enjoying small talk. I also inquired about the paintings on the tiles and he said many were done by former employees as well as college and high school students! They were absolutely works of art. I cannot omit mentioning his young male employee who was friendly and courteous. We’ll definitely return.

Not the best pie for sure. Had the Meat Lovers, chunks of sausage thinly spaced. Should have sliced it like pepperoni. Not much cheese. That typical place that has about 2 ” of sauce from the edge before the cheese begins. I’d try some place else next time.

Amongst the best pizza in this area. Definitely worth the stop. Inside is a little worn out but they’ve been there for quite some time so its to be expected. Pizza was on par with some of the best pizza around. Would recommend the BBQ chicken pizza.
