Piero’s is wedged in on the corner of Route 183 and Upper Van Reed Road in Leinbachs, just a short drive north of the Reading Airport and Route 222.

Service was adequate, almost received the wrong order, this was corrected quickly. Mozzarella was pretty basic, were as expected. Marinara was a little soupy but was very good. Buffalo Chix Pizza was better than average. Cheeseburger Sub was ok. Portion size was the standout win. 3-4 patties, however they were overcooked, dry & not seasoned. They had self-serve salt, pepper, oregano so I doctored it up. Place needs a good once over cleaning. Restrooms were gross, no soap, 1 out of order, had a smell. Buggy lights in dining room, napkins shoved under table legs…

Our goto pizza place! It’s nearby to us so that’s convenient but even then, the food alone is worth it. They have a large selection of food options and what we’ve had has been really good. Their pizza is no doubt their best thing but the other options like calzones and stromboli is also really good.

Best Pizza in berks county IMO
Only gave atmosphere because the dining area could use some renovating as its a old building, but its very clean and kept up. The owner is very nice and takes your order quickly at the counter, even during lunch hour when it gets busy, and they are one of the few places in berks county that carries Middleswarth chips!

I live about 15 mins up the road so ive given this place multiple attempts. They are very nice people and they have amazing pizza. But if youre interested anything other then pizza i dont suggest stopping here. I got a burger with no cheese and fries. I open my burger to find a nice juicy burger smothered in the thickest cheese i ever seen and very little fixings. I decided to not make a fuss and jus eat it. Besides being smother in a thick slice of cheese there was no onions, very little lettuce and a hint of mayo. No seasonings. No salt or peper of any kind. This was an ordinary burger. However the burger was cooked right. So theres that. Fries are fries. This isnt the first time ive gotten cheese when i asked for no cheese. Ither non pizza items have been lack luster in the taste buds. I will still choose them for pizza!

Three strikes your out!!! I only live one mile
away so we would love to say this is a great
place. Unfortunately, they’ve burnt us 3
times now. We order extra cheese on our
pizzas and they do NOT put extra cheese on
but, of course, they charge us for it. This
final chance we gave them (2/27/22) they
not only skimped on the add-ons but the
pizzas were burnt. So basically we paid
$44.00 for pizzas that absolutely tasted like
cardboard. I mean not even edible burnt.
My wife wasn’t feeling well, otherwise we
would have taken the pizzas back and
dropped them on their counter
This is the 3rd time they’ve ripped us off, so
we decided it was important not only to
avoid ever calling them again, but also to
warn any other people so you do not have
to go through such disappointment AND the
loss of good hard earned money

Ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and did not select onions, came with onions and when I called they did not offer any solutions. Just said everything comes with onions and next time pay attention to the menu. The online menu does not say onions. I am allergic. Will not be returning.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch calzone, there wasn’t any ranch in the calzone, so I asked for some and the lady attempted to charge me .75 cents. Also tried to purchase a 2 liter soda for a larger group and the lady stated that 2 liter sodas weren’t allowed to be purchased because they wanted everyone to buy fountain sodas and pay for the $1.75 refills. Pathetic service.

The only thing we ever get here are the sandwiches and they make great ones. We love the pizza bread. It gives the sandwich a nice chew. We’ve even bought extra loaves the bread to take home. Can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but you won’t go wrong getting a sandwich. Very reasonable priced ($11 each with the works) and huge! Guys are really nice too.
