Food was good but not great. Our server was super nice and friendly and kept up with our drinks. Our food took pretty long to come out which was surprising because there was only one other couple in the restaurant. The location is super pretty, It’s right by the water. It looks like they have a good area outside for the warmer months.

We visited on a beautiful September evening, and if I could give six stars for the atmosphere, I absolutely would. We sat outside, and the staff was kind enough to start a fire for us—maybe that deserves seven stars! The food was fantastic, the view of the water was breathtaking, and the music was the perfect volume and tempo to enhance the evening without overwhelming it. Overall, Pier 450 delivered an unforgettable experience

Every time I travel to Pier 450, I enjoy delicious meals, and an outstanding sunset! My last visit was on my birthday, and I was able to enjoy a beautiful cake that someone brought with them for all to enjoy.

Cathy – THANK YOU for the impeccable dining experience with amazing food, ambience, and service!! Our server was a true professional; not a single mis-step. We have never had more tender filets that were both done to temperature perfectly and the lobster tails were more dense and heavy than any other I had ever eaten! (And I used to live in the Caribbean.) We haven’t stopped talking about the wonderful romantic dinner since the moment we finished eating. You’ve done an amazing job! We’ll be back soon!!

What a gem! Beautiful location, cool vibe, delicious food and drinks. We stayed at the Quarters motel on site, comfy bed with nice sheets, fabulous native plant gardens. We shall return for sure!

Such a great place to have a meal, and take in a sunset with family or friends. The place is beautiful, and the outside options on nice days are the best. They often have live music. The views are spectacular. Today I treated my friend for her birthday. We ate inside because it was a bit to cool outside, but after our lovely dinner, we walked on the pier and took in the sights. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend taking the drive down to Ridge, to enjoy this gem.

Wow, this dining experience was one of the best we’ve had! First, the atmosphere here is amazing. Their outdoor seating has the perfect view to watch the sunset and it felt so laid back. Their cocktails were great and so was everything we had to eat. I had the coconut crusted halibut which was a special but they should consider adding a coconut crusted fish to their permanent menu, it was 10/10. We couldn’t believe we waited so long to eat here! I’ll be recommending it to everyone!

I celebrated my birthday here based on a recommendation from a friend. I’m so glad he recommended Pier450. My friends traveled from Annapolis and Silver Spring and they enjoyed the experience in it’s entirety. We booked a couple of rooms and they were quaint and comfortable. The decor is retro and fun. The dining experience was amazing. The chef is very creative and the presentation is beautiful. Did I mention the food is fresh and full of flavor. There are so many options to choose from on the menu. We had cocktails as well and yes they make a great Negroni. My friends travel all over the world frequenting Michelin star restaurants and they thanked me for choosing Pier450. I feel the prices for the food quality are very reasonable. They have gardens so everything seems very fresh. The service was great, our waiter was friendly and attentive. Finally, the evening ended with a view of a beautiful sunset from the pier. There’s also a cute little bar outside. Pier450 is a gem in Southern Maryland!

The ingredients are always fresh which is a plus, but the experience is really not worth the price. Chicken was dry, pasta was too oily, and the sodas always taste off as if the lines are dirty. The cheesecake is always amazing, but they either don’t give you the whipped cream at all or when you request it, you’re given whipped cream that isn’t even edible because it has zero sugar in it. The food can be good, but when you’re easily spending $150+ for two people, the experience definitely has room for improvement.

We used to come here several times a month. Loved it. Not sure what changed but the last 4 times we were there were awful. Last Friday night, we gave it “one last shot” and unfortunately, it’ll be the last time. Previously we’ve had slow service, stood at the bar without being acknowledged for over 30 minutes, and had food that wasn’t as good as prior visits but last Friday was the worst. It wasn’t crowded so I’m not sure why we had such a terrible experience. The greeter was young which is why we waited patiently as she ignored us for 10 minutes. She brought water to our table 20 minutes later and said she was trying to find someone to serve us. We left 15 minutes later after being ignored by the one and only waitress we saw. If you don’t have the staff, don’t seat people. We weren’t in a rush but communication goes a long way. Do better!
