Ordered through DoorDash and was only a little more than half a mile from the beach house I was staying at, and so far it gives a great breakfast place impression! perfect to have a beach breakfast or brunch! The Açaí Berry Smoothie was great! Not too sweet but just the right flavorful smoothie! The sourdough bread was grilled perfect to the crisp! Little too much with the avacado but not a deal breaker!

Ambience is amazing. The open air, window seating was worth it all. I wanted a smoothie & ended up with the vegan sandwich which was delicious & ever so fresh.
Service was decent. It would have been nice to see & fee more friendly faces (service related) but I’m not complaining. The food came out perfect & was delicious. The Pineapple Pete Kombucha was tasty.
I’d definitely go back & try out the smoothies. Although I don’t drink coffee, they are well know for their coffee.
I ate the sandwich too quickly & forgot to take a picture lol.

Love this place! I miss being able to see the Pier but the ambience is still really nice and airy! My Gingerbread latte was SO good and the poppy seed lemon muffin was nice and moist. Probably my favorite cafe in downtown Oceanside

My buddy and I are heading to every coffee place we can find in Oceanside this week. One shop each morning for 7 days. We came here for the coffee on vacation, and Pier View Coffee Co delivered. The classic latte was visually appealing and tasted great. The espresso is not very strong, some may love that, some may not. The location is great, the store was great, friendly atmosphere and employees. It’s pricey but very reasonable for coffee in Cali. 4 stars!

Good little coffee shop with very hot coffee and lattes which is the way I like it. Scones are delicious ( get it heated). Inside is comfortable and quiet.

Coffee is above average, smoothies not so much. Lot’s of seats. Not super clean. Dust and grime everywhere, especially if you look up—lights and plastic plants are filthy. Employee was okay although a little bit smarmy. So some good, some not so much.

Seriously, this place is a find! Killer coffee, insanely good donuts and bagels, and locally sourced food that always hits the spot. They have amazing specials, I highly recommend the the nutty Irishman latte! Where does one go for a coffee date, while it is raining? Pier View Coffee Company. They provide both indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience is warm with dark wood furniture. The music playing in the background adds to the ambiance. The decor offers historical pictures of Oceanside Pier. Hence, the coffee shop is near the pier. Pier View Coffee offers window seating that provides plenty of natural light, great for reading . When the weather is nice, these windows are open providing more of an open-air feel. This is my go-to spot in O’side! The atmosphere is the perfect balance for getting some deep work done or just catching up with friends. I’m a bit of a latte snob, and their oat milk lattes are consistently the best in town. Even when they are slammed during the morning rush, the staff is incredibly welcoming and fast. Highly recommend if you’re near the pier!
