Took my wife and our son for her birthday. This was her first time visiting Pier 88. She’s not a fan of sea food, but I was able to convince her to go. She enjoyed it so much that she actually ate shrimp and she really enjoyed it. We had such a wonderful experience that we went the next day as well LOL.
The establishment was very clean our waiter she was very friendly. Helpful when we had questions about the menu. The restroom was very clean. We would highly recommend this location.

Food was ok nothing spectacular. Wasn’t a busy day so was able to get a seat fast. Staff was friendly and attentive. Be sure to have the server repeat your order before she leaves the table as ours insisted all 5 of us did not mention the extra sides we ordered

Please note: Never come to this awful place again. They’ve started cheating! The portions are half of what they used to be. There’s only one potato, two ears of corn, and just two dry, tiny crab pieces. They even served a plate of ice-cold appetizers. I took two bites and it felt like being fed to a dog. I couldn’t stand it anymore and called over a waitress. She said she was the manager and offered me a business card with a complaint hotline if I wasn’t satisfied. She didn’t apologize and was incredibly arrogant and unreasonable. This restaurant will be shut down sooner or later. It’s outrageous! I wanted a two-person portion to eat half and take the other half home, but today’s portion was only enough for one person, and it looked like leftovers. I could only manage two bites before I couldn’t eat anymore. The food wasn’t fresh today, it was awful. I could only manage two bites before I couldn’t eat anymore. Plus, the restaurant manager was incredibly rude, refusing to apologize or offer a refund. This kind of restaurant will close down very soon!

She didn’t even apologize. I believe you’re playing games. I’m not going to argue with you anymore! It’s a waste of time, energy, and mood. I ordered a double portion, but you only gave me a single portion, and it wasn’t fresh at all, was so cold I could only eat two bites and couldn’t finish it. You’re offering me a 10% discount? That’s ridiculous. I’m too lazy to argue with you anymore. Let’s see how long you can keep up this trickery. I’ve never encountered such a terrible restaurant and such a poor handling of the situation in the US. Good luck!

You arrogantly told me I could give you a bad review. You arrogantly told me that this was how the two-person meal I ordered was. My husband and I have eaten there many times before and couldn’t finish the same two-person portion. You assumed I was a first-time customer and gave me a single-person portion, and it was even stale cold food. My boyfriend ordered the boil, some crab legs and claws on a garlic butter and lemon pepper sauce. It was really good, especially the potatoes.
I ordered an oyster po boy, it came with fries so I chose the sweet potato fries. They were waffle-style and lightly seasoned. So so good. I recommend those as well as the fried oysters.
They are open late, until 10pm. It worked out perfectly so we could grab dinner after our movie date.
Will be back.

We had a wonderful experience with everything. Winston was fast on top of the service. Food was out fast and tasted amazing very large portions we did the 88 combo for 2. Perfect and then cheesecake for dessert! Yummy

Had a great experience at Pier 88 Seafood! The food was absolutely delicious — generous portions, full of flavor, and really well prepared. I truly appreciated the energy of the team; you could genuinely feel that they enjoy working there, which made the whole visit even better. Kuya especially stood out with his welcoming attitude and great service, and Rebecca was awesome as well. My wife and son were big fans too. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

This was our second time eating at Pier 88. First time we got take out and thus time we decided to dine in and it was completely worth it. We ordered the Soft Shell Crab appetizer and the Seafood Boil and Catfish Basket. Everything was delicious
