This is by far THE BEST seafood restaurant I’ve ever gone to. GAVIN & LIZ are truly the best. Customer service is amazing, they always take care of my family and make sure we have a good experience every time. This place and Gavin & Liz deserves all the recognition. We are regulars and wouldn’t want it any other way. They have plenty of seating and their food is the best. The best sea food boil by far, hands down!!!

Took my wife for her birthday dinner here. We were only able to pull up around one hour before closing. Even then, however, the customer service was amazing and we were treated so well. We weren’t given scraps or anything like that: the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We got messy and my wife had a blast. 10/10 coming back with friends. Went to Pier 18 today for dinner. First off I have to say the food is good for sure. We had a combo 2 and then added another lb of shrimp. We get the Garlic butter and then the extra shrimp is lemon pepper. We do have a suggestion though, while Dusty was able to tell us the market prices of all the combos, those prices should be somewhere in the restraunt for customers to see. Maybe on a chalk board or dry erase board on the wall perhaps?
Service was great, Dusty really knows what he is doing and Carla, while it appeared she was training, was plesant end eager to help. The food was great, the atmosphere nice and calm. Family friendly and a good place to have a relaxing dinner

Honestly the crayfish and shrimp were completely bland, we asked for every seasoning but all the food tasted like was a bunch of melted butter. Personally the food wasnt prepared well but then again im just used to good cooking which is not what I got from pier18.
I dont know how the bag could be filled with all these seasonings but not none of it be within the food itself its ludicrous to me.

Bag O’ Crab is always my go to for seafood boil here in Saginaw. Nice atmosphere, clean, not too crowded, no long wait times and friendly staff. We usually order the combo #2 with shrimp and crabs with Original Cajun flavor. Must try and will go again!

I was excited to try the new seafood restaurant in the area. They were still in the soft opening so the service was a bit slow but the manager had eye on detail and kept checking on us several times. We ordered Shrimp, Crawfish, Clam and Dungeness crab. It was a bit spicy for us even we ordered Mild level. The Clam was very fresh and flavor is on point!!! They forgot the sausages in our orders but the manager took care of it right away. One minor comment is the shrimp was a bit over cook in one order, the other was perfect! Overall experience for us is 4.0 but I gave 5 stars given that they are in the soft opening and hopefully the service will be better!

Went yesterday with a few friends and had a great experience. Gavin was our server and did an amazing job. He was very attentive and was very friendly. We got a combo 2 with snow crab and shrimp. Good prices for a decent amount of food and the flavor was amazing. I 100% recommend this place

We had the 3lb crawfish special and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Brought a tear to my boyfriend’s eye the dynamite spice level but he said he loved it.
