I stopped by Pieology for a quick lunch while waiting for an appointment. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and prompt with service. I ordered the Fire Grilled BBQ Chicken pizza, a Coke, and a side of ranch. The flavors were fantastic and the toppings tasted fresh.
The only negative was that the crust was slightly overcooked, with a few very burnt spots that affected the flavor, but the majority of the crust was good.

I was second in line for 45 minutes. It was a family ahead of me but that wasn’t the issue. Female worker was trying hard male worker was the slowest most disorganized person I’ve ever seen. This is for sure a management issue. They have two people working only one who is effective on a Saturday afternoon. The water puddle from previous reviews is still there on the ground and one of the bathrooms is broken. I honestly can’t belive I waited in line for this pizza.

2ppl working. I did an online order through the pieology website. It told me that my pickup time was for 5:08 to 5:18pm. The guy got my name wrong and I waited a couple extra minutes… Ended up being 5:35pm when I finally got my food. Then, the order was incorrect and one of the pizzas had sauce when there wasn’t suppose to be. They were also burnt around the edges which I have never experienced here. They worked quickly to remake them.
I think the problem is with only 2 employees. They were clearly overwhelmed and could have used additional staffing. The two gentlemen working were doing their best but you could tell that other people waiting in line were annoyed at the pace.
We really like this place but only when 3+ people are working… That seems appropriate and I have had many pleasant pizza purchases when it’s been properly staffed.

Do not waste your money here. It literally tastes like a frozen pizza. The pizza, ranch and a drink cost me $20 and I barely ate it because it just wasn’t good. Half of it was totally under cooked. It was soggy and not crispy at all. The pepperoni was not good quality. Also the customer service wasn’t horrible but not great. I felt like an inconvenience. I wish I could get my money back. Wasted $20.

I never ever tried pieology pizza before and this was my very first time trying it. My girlfriend took me here. It’s cheap and you get unlimited toppings. The employee Claudia was nice to us. The pizza tasted great I highly recommend coming here. I’ll definitely be coming back here again.
