It’s unfortunate Andre is working alone while his co-workers having a chat party in the back. Restrooms and lobby needs to be cleaned and the Manager with black head wrap bosses the employees around advising to clean restrooms. It’s unfair that tips goes to employees that are not working. Tips should be given to employees that are working. It’s like this every time I come. The store Manager should invest in employee coaching in customer experience. I saw employees not washing hands. Lobby dirty restrooms dirty and counters and floors a mess.

This place is usually busy but the staff is always friendly. Pizza itself if always good, but it’s nice they keep trying to give as many options as possible. The ingredients actually look enticing. I know they’re probably packaged and delivered off a truck but at least they look appetizing. Subway can learn something from them.

Arrived at 8 pm and the store states they’re open until 9 pm. Tried to eat my pizza in restaurant but staff wouldn’t let us eat inside. An hour before closing time and your lobby is closed? Seemed like staff was trying to leave early and do the bare minimum. Do better.

Came in today with my younger brother for the first time. Joseph made our food. He’s very attentive, friendly, and has great patience. I also like that he sanitizes his hands and changes his gloves after each customer. Great customer service skills. Keep up the great work.
