I’m thrilled to hear about the change of ownership at this place! NOW is impeccable. Mac and Isaiah provided excellent service. I’m also glad to know that Jessica Sanchez is putting in tremendous effort to keep this place thriving under new management. My husband and I love the pizzas, but we had stopped coming due to some previous issues. I’m so happy I decided to return! Keep up the great work, everyone!

Unfortunately this was a first and last for us. I purchased an XL pizza half cheese and the other half with meatballs, ham, and tomatoes. The cheese side had been broiled and was black. You can imagine kids didn’t want it at all. Pizza was so over baked it was like a crispy cracker with hard cheese on top. We also ordered a cauliflower pizza which was also dry crisp. Not sure if this is their style but not a favorite of mine. I went to pick up around 6pm which is a busy time and only saw one lady handling the counter, and making pizzas and taking out of the oven. I figured that was why ours was per done. Instead of redoing it she as it to me like that. I would think twice before going.

I visited on 12/10/2025 around 5:30pm. The male staff with glasses was very rude and disrespectful. But the female staff was very nice and welcoming, and the food was good. Please make sure this male staff does not treat other customers like this again.

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience. My husband is currently eating low-carb/keto options. He was craving pizza so we search near us and Pieology was the only option and we had never been! We were all very excited to have a family pizza day! (I typically work weekends so this was one of the few Sundays that I had off and was spending it doing family activities with our 2 & 3 year olds).
We get there around 12:30pm on 2/22/26, my husband mentions an option he saw online and both employees looked confused and said they don’t have what he is looking for. He was confused but ok, he asks if they had anything that was low carb keto friendly. The older employee said no and not in a polite way. Felt more of an annoyed tone. The other employee just apologized and mentioned he was new and still learning, he was the polite one.
So we walked out and took another look at the menu online. We clearly see there is a Cauliflower base option. At this point I go in alone to not hassle the kids back out of the car. I state kindly that we saw a cauliflower option and the new employee, politely and excitedly said “yes we do offer that”, but then the older employee comes in a cuts off him off and says “no we don’t have that”. Even the new employee was surprised with his answer and tone and even asked “I thought we had, but we do make it right” and the older employee rudely says no we don’t have. He had a bit of a broken English accent so I ask “don’t have anymore or just don’t make it” and he just repeated rudely “we don’t have”.
At that point I just walked out and honestly being someone that has worked in retail management for more than 15 years, its unfortunate that this one employee ruined the whole excitement and experience we wanted to have with you guys. We are a family that loves Pizza and this location is right down the block.

Now, if they were currently sold out, just a simply “we are sold out at the moment” would have changed the whole experience. I had such a great experience at Pieology! The pizza was so good — fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. The customer service was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. Justin explained everything clearly, helped me choose toppings, and made the whole process super easy.
Everything was fast, friendly, and on point. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend. ✨ I also want to give a special thank you to Justin for the amazing service, the best gluten and dairy free pizza ❤️

I had an amazing experience at Pieology! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. It’s definitely one of the best pizza spots around. The staff made the visit even better. Mac, Salma, and Miguel were all super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. Great service and great vibes all around. I can’t wait to come back!

I definitely made a mess of a pizza but it was really good! Don’t know why it was so empty, maybe the time but we had the place to ourselves. The gentleman working there was nice, polite, patient and helpful. I will definitely be back. This is by far the way to go if you want a pizza. Skip papa, domino, and the hut. Go here.

Who doesn’t love pizza. I know I sure do. This place lets you customize your own pizza right in front of you. What could be better than that! They have different pizza crusts to choose from including cauliflower and traditional. They also have some signature pies to try with gourmet flavor combinations. I chose the chicken bacon Alfredo pizza. It was delicious. It had a perfect traditional pizza crust that was soft and chewy. They dress it up with Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. Then it’s topped with chicken, bacon, spinach, and olive oil. It was great. I would recommend this place for a quick bite since it took about five minutes to make the pizza. It cooked quickly and there was plenty left for another meal later. If you like pizza make sure to stop here.
