Pieology is kind of hit or miss for me. Every single time I go, my pizza comes out cooked differently, which makes the experience inconsistent.
The atmosphere is fine — nothing bad, nothing special — but the real issue is the price. For what you’re paying, the quality just doesn’t match up.
Overall, I’d expect better pizza for that kind of money.

The place was really busy but the staff still gave us amazing service. Everyone was friendly and patient the whole time. The blonde guy who brought our food was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We forgot to order something and he still took our order with a great attitude. The food came out fast and everything was right. We really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was.

Tried pieology. They are okay. They do have vegan options for pizza and a pretty popular chicken barbecue pizza. I did a combination pizza which was okay. They serve Coke products and have a couple of lemonade. They have wonderful staff there so I would bump them up to a 4 if I could. I have to rate the food and it’s okay so I’m giving a 3 with a 4 for service!

Food was really good! Crust was the perfect thickness and cooked perfectly. The guy making our pizzas told us about a special that saved us money and worked great for our group. It was clean and not overly crowded, which made for an enjoyable meal. Would definitely go again.

We recently drove through Fresno in route to Yosemite National Park and stopped at the Pieology Pizzeria at Park Crossing for a quick lunch. Opening hours are 11am to 9.30pm daily.
This is an artisan pizzeria where pizzas are customised for each customer. You select the crust type, sauces, cheese and ingredient types which are assembled as you order. They are then baked and served fresh 10-15 minutes later.
It is a good concept for a pizzeria. Importantly, we found our pizza to taste pretty good. During our visit, we tried the signature cauliflower crust with pesto sauce topped with artichoke, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Ingredients were fresh. The pizza was baked well tasted pretty good.
We rather enjoyed our pizza experience at Pieology and would gladly visit from time to time if we had something similar back home in Hong Kong. Nice job guys!

I paid full price for the pizza – Reyna was pretty rude when I called to fix it. There was no red sauce on one of the pizza and other pizza barely minimum sauce. In person the pizza looks horrible and can vomit by looking at it. This place is done.

Super friendly staff, love the fact they have wheat pizza crust. Gluten-free, just an AWESOME atmosphere. The pizza is delicious and made to perfection. You can build your own pizza and add whatever you like!!! Plus they always give you ranch and jalapeños for FREE.

Wish I had taken a picture earlier but everybody was eating as soon as the pizzas arrived. I love this place it’s like a subway for pizza. You get to choose your crust, sauce, and toppings. The deep dish crust is $2 more but well worth it as it lasted two meals for us. They even have thin crust, gluten-free, and wheat. If you join their website you will get coupons. Food is great and Parker, delivering the pizzas to the table, was fast and helpful. He got us ranch and to-go boxes with a smile even though he was super busy during lunch hour.
