I come here often. I love the new look and the big screen on the wall. The pizza is always great and the staff is super nice. Anthony is always the sweetest. So kind and accomodating! I don’t even need to remind him about the ranch sauce that I like on my pizza once the pizza is baked. He always says “I got you!” He makes Pieology a pleasure coming to!!

I always come here once or twice a week. I love it but today I guess pieology ran out of dough or they changed the dough and it changed the whole experience of the pizza.
Whatever that is , we hated it.
Instead of tasting the pizza all you taste is those grains , we are not even going to eat it

It was my first time trying this place. The pizza was good and the atmosphere was nice. Joel and the rest of the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my experience with Arlene was the complete opposite. There was no one in line after me, yet she rushed me through my order and showed little patience when I tried to ask about the different ingredients. Instead of helping, she made me feel pressured, to the point where I just picked something quickly to get it over with. I didn’t understand the rush, especially since I was the only customer at the time.
Customer service matters, and this interaction really took away from what could have been a great first experience.

We used to come here all the time specifically because this was one of the few places we trusted to take gluten allergies and sensitivities seriously. In the past, the staff would change their gloves, use a clean tray, and make sure the gluten-free pizza never touched surfaces used for regular bread. That attention to detail is the reason we kept coming back.

Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing. The new manager clearly doesn’t understand how to properly handle food allergies. The gluten-free crust was placed directly onto a tray that was visibly dirty and used for regular bread instead of a clean tray. That completely defeats the purpose of offering a gluten-free option and creates a real risk for anyone with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

Food allergies are not something that can be taken lightly, and basic cross-contamination precautions should be standard practice. It’s really unfortunate to see those standards slip, especially at a place we used to trust. Because of this experience, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

I had a great experience at Pieology today! The service was incredibly quick, and the staff made the whole visit enjoyable. Jose, Jaden, and Gordie were all super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was perfect.

It’s always nice to walk into a place where the team clearly cares about their customers. Thanks again to Jose, Jaden, and Gordie for the awesome service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Carlos was awesome and built a great pizza to our exact specifications! We asked him to add more or less of a LOT of toppings and he patiently took care of us. Toppings seemed to have a lot of salt; we prefer fresh without added salt or seasonings. Store was really cold and not too comfortable. Good meal overall, and we will definitely return, but with a sweater or jacket.

It was my first time visiting Pieology Pizzeria. Was completely unaware of the franchise until my friend took me there. Honestly, it’s was a pretty standard experience. We came in towards the end of the night, so the restaurant wasn’t at its most clean. But it wasn’t so dirty that we wouldn’t want to eat there or even purchase from there. I will say that the pizza was above expectations ! The advantage of being able to customize my own pie was admirable, and I used it fully. Not over doing it but choosing ingredients that made sense together. The young lady building the pizzas was quick, confident, and accommodating. Never making me feel like I was ordering too many items or asking too many questions. The young man at the register was also confident and alert. There was a third employee who was working on cleaning up the lobby area. Who did make us a priority once the pizzas were ready and stopped what he was doing to deliver them. My only criticism would be that none of the three employees were “happy” to be there. Or at least able to pretend that they were happy to be there. They were all kinda dragging, I get it, though. At the end of the night, there’s not much energy left. That won’t stop me from coming back as you now have a new fan to your customizable experience.
