I absolutely love this pizza! The buffalo pizza with bell peppers is my favorite, and I really appreciated that Isaac kindly removed the seeds for me (I can be a little picky). He did it with no hesitation, was super friendly, and provided excellent service. Definitely 100% recommend!

Name change to Pizzaworks. Do not come here if you are on a lunch hour or anything like that. We were third in line and it took 20 minutes for our food to make it to the fire. Guys behind the counter need a lot more training. Service is slow and a couple of them need to learn to pay attention and listen better. They need to remove earbuds if they are doing customer service. No fountain drinks. Sad day here. Well we didn’t actually get our pizza. They kept ripping the dough and remaking it without letting us know.

Lunch was just about over and no pizza yet and no updates. Had to cancel the order to make it back to work.

I recently visited Pieology and was very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was noticeably dirty — the tables, counters, and floors all needed attention. It did not feel clean or welcoming.

The food quality has also declined compared to my previous visits. The pizza did not taste as fresh, and the overall presentation was not as good as it used to be. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I hope improvements are made soon.

We have tried a total of 7 different pizzas in the two times we have ordered takeout. Great pizza, combination of ingredients work! In reference to service, I think it was better the first time. Only because all the pizzas were brought out of the oven around the same time. This time we arrived, there were 2 boxes out and when I went up to the counter I told the young employee I was picking up 4 pizzas and gave him the name. The next pizza came out, he boxed it and gave us the 3 boxes and thanking us. The manager caught it and reminded him there were 4 pizzas. We only waited a few minutes and then we were off to enjoy the great variety! The first time, the young lady was polite and attentive. Pizzas were fantastic tasting!

Honestly I used to love this place, but today we went in for dine in and we were in the front and they told us that they were gonna take 20 minutes to take our order cause they were prioritizing the online orders, so we placed our order online just for them to stop taking orders online and put them on hold. We waited almost 45 for food, and then one of our pizzas was burnt. They never refilled their lemonade and the coke machine wasn’t working, there was no where to throw tag because the trash was full. Overall it was a bad experience.

On Sunday, August 18th, my sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a small date at what we thought would be a nice, casual spot. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met. As soon as we walked into the store, the first person who greeted us, who was responsible for spreading the sauce and cheese on the pizza, clearly lacked basic skills. It was evident that he didn’t know how to evenly spread the sauce and cheese, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.

Next, the person in charge of adding the toppings seemed to struggle with communication. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask the same question three times, and despite that, he still managed to get my order wrong. I requested two toppings, but somehow ended up with three—an obvious case of miscommunication, although I tried my best to be clear. And didn’t know what type of meat were in the meatballs and other meats as well. He said “idk maybe”, that was concerning for me since i am highly allergic to pork.

The experience continued to deteriorate when we reached the checkout. The person who finalized our order, who I suspect was the manager, had a stern and unfriendly demeanor, as if he had no interest in being there. He seemed annoyed, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. We ended up paying around $30 for two pizzas and two extra drinks, but what happened next was even more concerning.

When we went to open our drinks next to the register, we noticed that most of them had mold on the caps. It was disgusting and honestly made me want to ask for a refund, but I didn’t want to create a scene. Although the pizzas themselves tasted decent, we weren’t warned about how hot they were, so both my sister and I ended up burning our mouths. To top it off, they even charged extra for ranch, which just seemed excessive.

Overall, what was supposed to be a simple and enjoyable outing turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Walked in and place was not welcoming. A glance around and you could see how filthy the tables, floors, drink station, and walls are. It was my first time here to eat and so I was not sure how the process worked. So I approached the counter and no one was there to help or welcome me. So I went to register and big guy informed me to go back to where I was for assistance. Eventually order was placed and I sat and was waiting on my food and was not really comfortable in the dirty environment. Like you could judge the cleanliness of everything and to make matters worse, if you glanced at the kitchen area you could see how unproductive the employees are.
You have the big guy again sitting down, another guy eating food in the kitchen, another girl texting, and at some point there was just 6 people just wasting time standing by the register. When I was done took a visit to the restroom to wash my hands and just like the rest of the restaurant it was unpleasant.

Waited 15 min before being asked if we need help or to place our order. When we walked in, there were four employees working and neither one of them looked at us to see if we were ready to order or read us to enter the store. We had to ask an employee to take our order and when we asked her, she seemed a bit annoyed. Some employees were working on other orders, which is understandable, but other employees were doing other things that could have been held off to take our order. Very disappointed in this service, you will not return it
