I like the “chipotle’esk” design- how you could have your pizza your way- and there’s so many different ways to do it. They have amazing choices no matter what you choose and it comes out amazing! Even though it had this “charred” taste on some of the burnt parts it didn’t taste bad, it actually tasted really good. Fascinating design, inspirational quotes, great pizza, fair prices. Enjoy!

If I could give zero stars I would. Both pizzas were wrong and the cheese breadsticks was NOTHING like the pictures. The buffalo was supposed to be half no onions and covered in really strong blue cheese, my wife loves blue cheese and she hated this. The other one was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese. I’ve never gotten this bad of pizza ever! Stay away eat a frozen pizza or dirt either would be better than this.

I liked the place, the service was quick and the pizza was good. The style is similar to Chipotle or Subway: you choose a crust, then spice and cheese, then vegetables and meats at the end. I personally like the style, it allows for many interesting combinations.

Quality control severely lacking. I understand people have to be trained and the person making the pizza was obviously new. But the people loading the pizzas into the oven and cutting them when they came out were not new. Either one of them should have caught this abomination. A good leader would have used that pizza as a teaching opportunity not served it to a paying customer.

The dough wasn’t fully cooked, the toppings were stacked in one area, and barren in other areas, extra cheese seems like light cheese. The ranch just tastes like watery mayo and they charge extra to get ranch for the salad you are overpaying for. Over priced, cheap food, not worth it. The Dr. Pepper was exquisite though!

Food: The chipotle of pizzas. There is a ton of variety here. Everything from type of dough to toppings. And I didn’t see any extra charges for extra toppings! The pizza is baked in a fire oven and comes out nice and crispy. The food was delicious and moderately priced! They even have icees!
Decor: Nice and clean. The place looks deceptively small until you realize the back of the restaurant had even more tables.
Staff: One of the employees looked very annoyed we came in 30 minutes before closing. Hence 4 star review and not 5.

OK let’s get real. Forget Chipotle. Forget Subway. This place has unbelievable pizza! If you’re going to eat lunch, eat here. Amazing fire roasted pizza, and you get the choice to build your own for around $10. You can’t beat this place. It’s amazing. Comfortable environment and very clean. Seriously stop by! You won’t regret it!

Ordered a Butchers Choice (3 meat) Pizza at Pieology though Foodsby today. Pizza arrived cold (like really cold), no meat to be found, in a crushed box with slices sticking to the top. It even tasted like a couple day old pizza… so to the trash it went. Big bummer since the exact same pizza I had delivered the same way 2 weeks ago was amazing and perfect.

Came here for the first time today and this is now our go-to pizza place. We’ll come here every week now for dinner before heading over to Centennial Center Park nearby.
Where we used to live, we went to another build your own pizza place that was yummy and affordable; so now that we’ve found this other chain, we can resume our family tradition. I love that Pieology crusts stay crispy even with the fresh toppings, which in our old joint sometimes made the crust a little soggy due to the water content.
Also has great lemonade and one of TVs fixed on Chive TV which has hilarious videos. Just a great family dinner kind of place. Can’t wait to download the app. If you do, you get points towards free pizza,a free ooey gooey bread, and a free pizza on your b-day.
